I've never really liked 7, I liked 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 more, ff7 is boring to me. I have beaten it twice and I don't think it is anywhere near the best ff game. I would rather see a remake of 5 and 6 using at least the bravely default engine.

Well imo ESO is one of those games that feels like it should be f2p, it's horrible. I have a ps4, xbox one, and pc and I won't be buying this game because it is call of duty with robots, not because of player count. This will sell systems but it won't be good.
It's Unity, and if you know what Unity is...It is a piece of crap engine, which is why this is impressive. Unity games look nowhere near as good as this does, and yet they managed to max out the potential of it.
I think if they were to do one, it would have to be about Auron and Jecht while transporting Braska...that would be the only way.
The difference is that the ps4's features are easy to get to, and they work. I have had a ps4 since launch, I know my whole way around it, I have used my brother's xbox one a lot since he got one and it is not intuitive at all. I still have no idea how to delete something or check how much memory I have left, not to mention that the games take hours to install. PS4 is way better off, even if there aren't many games on it yet.
They could have totally done a conference on the 18th of december, sure it isn't a milestone in final fantasy history, but I think after 26 years they could have a conference every year on the 18th to release news about upcoming final fantasy projects. For those that don't know, the 18th of december is when the first final fantasy released, 26 years ago.
And we won't see it for 10 years, the first game took them 5 years to develop, then 3 years to localize in america. Personally I didn't think it was that good to wait that long for a sequel.

@gribblegrunger There was no "problem" with the fact demon's souls was a ps3 exclusive, it sold incredibly well. The problem is that FROMSOFTWARE was bought out by NAMCOBANDAI and atlus owned the rights to demon's souls, so they made dark souls instead. It could very well be atlus creating a sequel, but you can be sure as hell FROMSOFTWARE won't be making it.
I know! I personally hate handhelds, not because of games or hardware or whatever. I hate holding a handheld and playing a game on it for hours, as I don't take it anywhere with me, I just sit at home and play it. This is perfect for people like me since there are like 7 games on the VITA I am interested in but didn't buy the VITA because I don't really play handhelds. I hope the likes of nintendo follow suit. @mhunterjr The same thing can be said for the 30gb for Max Payne 3 on pc, the bottom line is they are using uncompressed data and textures which are easier and faster for the system to read, which (in max payne 3's case, allows for faster loading during cutscenes so there are no hangups when the game begins after the cutscene is over) helps for seamless transfers. Have you played games like dark souls on pc with a kb and mouse? It's miserable. I am a pc guy, and always choose kb and mouse over controller, but for dark souls 2? I am using a DS4.
Then I will never buy a castlevania game again because lords of shadow is just god of war/dmc reskinned...I want a deep rpg with tough jump puzzles and even tougher bosses not the shit they call castlevania now.
