Looks like you've perched yourself in the top spot in the Open Zone for all PS3 related articles.
Won't be too long Zero before your on 1 Bubble.
As a video game, when you look at all its offerings, BFBC2 is a better polished game than MAG.
But, as Alpha mention the communication that can flow between squad mates (even trashing the enemy) is unmatched.
I would really love to be able to have put more hours into BFBC2, but MAG has me addicted.
Both are too unique to be compared & too good to be ignored.
Agree with blitz, you really can't discount the fact that Halo Reach will sell alot. It'll sell some systems, whether rebuys or new customers there is the market there. Not a game I personally care for, but you can't deny it's market appeal.
Even most Halo fans admit there 2 offerings last year left a bit to be desired. Natal will sell & if the slim & price cut go ahead (or just 1) 360 will sell.
But at the same time PS2 is dead and that is the current le...
Your GR8 1 with a new account.
Or you have currently overtaken him as the biggest .............
The Wii has really left me weary about motion control.
But more & more I am warming to both Natal & Move.
Mini games will be coming guaranteed!!
But I am interested in the "Hardcore" games. I look forward to testing out the precision that is talked about.
I'm sure there are going to be some great exclusives for either device. But what excites me is the possibility of 360/PS3 getting their own unique version of multiplatform games.
...
I am looking forward to what Zipper produce.
The base of the game has been established, MAG at this stage is my current GOTY (even over GOW3 & Heavy Rain) and yet MAG can be so much more with a few unique game modes.
I am one that hasn't complained about maps (sure I want more), but they are so well done that I am starting to find paths and stuff I never knew existed & I've put 120+ hrs into it.
1. I highly doubt that Everybody's Golf 5 is the best Golf game.
2. @Zero, Like the earlier article - who trusts Metacritic?
3. Best Idiot Troller EVER - I wouldn't hand him the title yet, there are some IDIOTS here.
WHAT - There my ideas, lol.
Yeah SCC is something I am looking forward to, other than that nothing of interest at all.
Even though Just Cause 2 was released April 1, surely that has to be #2.
The footage of Croc/Bane/Scarecrow coming out of the water at the conclusion of AA, the mind started racing to what we could see in Batman 2.
For such a quick sequel to come, I will play it and love it, but I don't want Batman 1.5
Gotham city free roam, Batmobile, Batwing, Batcycle, redefined combat, more villians, better story conclusion, side missions etc is what I am expecting. I don't want to be let down.
Your 3 from MGS are my 3 of my favourites.
Escpecially Crying Wolf.
Yeah I'm one that looks forward to a sequel the moment I finish a game and normally I want to play it right there & then.
BUT the sequel needs to show growth. GTA a well known franchise, expanded upon GTA3, with Vice City & SA. As much as GTA4 was a great game it lacked the "NEW" feature of gameplay that blew you away.
I loved playing inFamous & Batman & started talking sequel straight away & they are both late 2010 releases. This could easi...
Yeah never good to hear companies shut down.
But if it was a April Fools, would it have the impact like:
Naughty Dog, Rockstar, EA Sports, Bungie etc Shutting down.
On a side note; I just assumed Iron Man was Activision like most other Marvel licensed games.
I haven't been jumping up & down about the whole motion control thing for both MS & Sony. I hope they both deliver alot more than the experience I got from the Wii.
Some games utilised the basics of the Wii very well (Tiger Woods for example), but the motion was either limited in other games or the developers didn't put the effort forward that is clearly there in PS3 & 360 games.
Regardless of how good the tech is for either, it is all going to come d...
To be a South Australian.
Narrow minded people, have you ever considered that ALCOHOL may have an effect on Violence?
Here in Australia, those games have all been "Platinum" titles for 6 months each at least now.
Is PS3 Greatest Hits (I assume this is U.S) the same as "Platinum"?
Since these games have been Platinum here for a while, I am expecting UC2 to go Platinum soon.
Batman 2 & inFamous 2. The moment I finished them, I was already thinking of how these great games can be approved.
I'm going to be very disappointed if they don't deliver more.
Adding, new enemies, all of Gotham, Batmobile, Batwing, enhanced combat & better story to Batman 2 isn't going to be enough. We need more & want more.
Vice City blew GTA3 away, San Andreas was alot more of the same, but added everything and more to what we were expectin...
Best FPS - MAG
Diverse library is the main reason why I prefer the PS3.
It all comes down to personal opinion whether Resistance is better than Halo, or UC2 is better than Gears, inFamous/Crackdown etc.
PS3 has more games that don't have a similar game to compete with from the 360 side of it. GOW3, Heavy Rain, MLB The Show, LBP, Motorstorm, MAG, KZ2.
Have you ever noticed that 360 articles TAB HEADINGS are GREEN?
While most were putting time into MW2, I was playing OFDR.
Yeah it had a few faults, but the level of realism was done well. Hardcore & Experienced modes are a real challenging mode.
Codemasters let them selves down by not releasing the game the way they had advertised, but was still a solid game.
Mission 3 - Securing the beach, one of the hardest FPS levels on the 2 hard modes (still stuck on it, on the hardest level)
