That will be one of the questions I ask Ubisoft at PAX East. As stated, I would not see why a demo would not come out for the PC, but in this day and age speculation is always a downfall.
Sorry just grabbed the first thing I could when creating the graphic. Its the content that counts though, right?
Yeah. That could make things a bit interesting. I will use the standard controller only and want nothing to do with simulating a swing. Why? Because I know the results of my swing in real life. :)
Ouch....I am sure some "Ryder" jokes will come in groves...LOL!
And you have played it first hand to know there is lag? I think folks need to base opinion off facts, not what they want to believe. I have played it and the lag is minimal to non existant. Natal is NOT going to replace the controller like many folks think. Its a peripheral that brings in the casual gamers that may be intimidated by the modern day controllers. The controller will always be around.
Wow, a statement as far from the truth as you can get. I guess we will see when it arrives in November to heavy praise.
The 360 already has a huge userbase installed across the world. Of course the PS3 would start outselling it eventually. Common sense. Most people by the PS3 as a BluRay player anyhow, and since many own a 360 they use that for the gaming aspect. So many seem to forget Sony has flopped many times on new technology..Sony Beta, Sony Mini Disc, etc..
I guess I should rephrase my title. I was not referring to Avatar Awards as being brand new, but more so the fact that Lips has NEW avatar awards on top of what has already been available from previous games.
The beta was announced last week. The secrecy doesn't make sense other than to suck people in I guess. Most gaming sites will have beta keys this week, for free!
I had the chance to play with Natal last week at Microsoft in Redmond. It was fantastic. Thats all the detail I am allowed to discuss as the rest is under strict confidentiality. I am not an Insider as you put it, but a Microsoft Xbox MVP and the MVP Summit was held in Seattle last week. So we had a chance to see lots of upcoming things. All I am saying is do not put your faith in these stories of people saying there is lag or they have seen the latest build. They have not.
And...
I find it hilarious how folks can make these assumptions when first off, only the E3 hardware is available for public demonstration. The newer equipment is in developer hands, and it works great with minimal to no lag. Secondly, most of these folks are going off of opinions of others and coming up with their own conclusion. Laughable at best to be considered journalism. Having played with the latest build myself, Natal is amazing at this stage of its development and will amaze folks this fall...
Lets remember one thing folks. The Pro is not a mod. He is a member of the Xbox Live Security and works for Microsoft. Lets also remember that this video is heavily edited and for those that believe everything they see on the internetz, I feel sorry for you.
Dont break the Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct and you will be fine. Ooops, looks like you did.
Or you can choose to go with free and get a lousy online service and absolutely no game chat. Nice.
The price alone is enough to buy this one, let alone the gameplay is pretty good and a lot of fun.
Folks need to grow up. If ToS is broken or your decide to break the CoC on Xbox Live then you should expect to be banned. Simple as that.
No problem man. It just caught me by surprise when you said that. I should have figured IGN or Gamespot had the video already. Sometimes, the small guy just doesn't have a chance. LOL
Gotta love exlusitivity with the corporate sites.
343 is Bungie in essence since Frank O'Connor heads up the team. Sure its not the full team, but I am sure they have quite a few embedded. Halo will be fine with 343.
There has been no mention of anything that I have seen or heard to this point.
