From what I saw, MS doesn't need a new machine to do full 4K 120fps with what they presented. If that's the future of visual fidelity, current xbox x can process it in full details.

I just hope MS will expand their standards by making it a multi-platform game and should be possible to xplay with Switch and PS4 (don't forget, gamers in first place). I expect no less.

I can only agree with you, it will be very difficult to MS overtake Sony current user base. Die hard MS fans are always concentrated in having more power in hardware terms but not in content terms, and if this is the thinking of MS, they've already lost. If MS want me to buy their system, they must show their commitment and realization of new IP, preferably single player. Let the idea of retro box be second or third goal in your future machine.

That's why Xbox should be entitled as the retrobox. It is a game machine that software don't follow it's hardware, it's a generation behind.

I don't think MS will have an easy pass next generation, i really don't. Unfortunately their game creative departments don't follow their PR counterparts.
