Mass Effect is the best franchise on 360 by some distance. Any serious gamer will tell you that. It ain't Gears. It certainly ain't Halo. So this is a massive coup for Sony, to snatch such a highly critically acclaimed game from their rivals.
Also, losing Bungie is another critical blow, whatever way you spin it.
Again MS have delivered what appears to be defected tech. It sounds like the guy just moved the console slightly and the result is a massive scratch on the disc??!? I won't go anywhere near one after my experience with an Xbox 360 2 years ago.

CryEngine 3 is better, because I think UE3 looks too plastic and shiny. From what I've seen of CE3, it looks far more realistic and certainly it's lighting is superior.
All reviewers seem to be using PS3 code. If they reviewed the 360 version, they should knock off a few points
