If you like racing games AND have a PS4, it's a definite buy.
When you buy the full game + Season pass, that right there is a crazy amount of content you're getting, and they keep improving and adding the game via updates months after release.
"Being able" is the key word here, is not forced down on you and to me there is never anything wrong with having more options in Single Player.

I guess 72 games with an average score on metacritic of 76 are games that sucked.
Did I play or was interested in EVERY game released this year on the service? NO, definitely not, but A LOT of games were really great games that I never would've played any other way, totally worth the money for me.
P.s: I know Metacritic is not be all, end all discussion about game quality, but an average score of 76 out of 72 games is actually quite high.

After XIII/XIII-2/XIII-3 It's going to be really hard for Tabata to make the worst Final Fantasy, the first was not specially meaningful in any way, it was super average to some places good and it went downhill from there with the sequels.
If it's FREE DLC I will take it, hope is not the only piece of free DLC they release for the game.

I understand what you're saying, but last generation was an exception with how long it lasted, no other generation lasted as long between the one before and the one after.
They need to release the NX on winter 2016, because if they are looking at a Spring or winter 2017 launch, they're not going to have a lot of breathing room before the other consoles steal their "media thunder".

The Problem is not if the Console will be more powerful or the same, the problem is that if it releases on 2016 or god Forbid 2017, it's going to be a mid generation console, In 2018 or 2019 we are maybe start seeing glimpses of the next generation, and the conversation will revolve around that.
A 2019/2020 Release of the Ps5 and new Xbox with 1 year or more of pre-release hype is not going to do wonders for the NX and it's "mainstream" sales.
It's not going to be easy for Nintendo being in the middle of generations again (the Wii U was released when we were in the last 2 years of the previous generation), Hope it's a hybrid Console/Handheld, that would be very smart for them.
If that's how Azure Revolution will look like, WOW!, looks AMAZING, kept the art style and they improved upon it on every level, hope the gameplay is a refinement of what Valkyria Chronicles did before and not a more action oriented take on those systems.

It is a big delay, but I can see where they're coming with this, I'm all for a better more stable maybe more content complete game, a 6 months delay is plenty of time to get their game complete.
And on a personal note, Deus Ex: Human Revolution was for me one of the better games of the last generation, was really surprised at how good it was, wasn't anticipating that game at all (got it on Ps+), but i'm definitely anticipating this one.
SO SO SO EXCITED about this news, Valkyria Chronicles was at least for me one of the best games of the last generation of consoles, looking forward to the remaster (April 2008 is a long way from now) and specially the sequel.

I'm really surprised by the ammount of great reviews, it improved in every way on the first (which was already great), it's kind of sad it got shadowed by the release on the same day of Fallout 4, even on this site, it never really got on the hottest news.

This is one of the few remasters I would actually buy, 3 very long games with all of their expansions on top of every graphical and performance improvement that the new generation would allow, Day One buy from me.

Hope SO much this a true story, if they improve the game as much as they did with the re-release of Dark Soul 2 on the newer generation + better loading times and use all or at least some of the rumored unused content to add to the game, it would be an incredible package.
