Not every game benefits with voice acting or has a need for it.
Super Mario Maker has no voice acting, and uses "old tech" but will launch not broken and it will work, and will be very very fun.

Until last year Sony was seeing billion yen losses, Sure, Sony had higher console profit, but what does that actually mean? Not much.
