As long as they're still quality, I'll buy one every year. And as long as they don't keep retreading like they did with Revelations. I like Ezio but they should've stopped after Brotherhood. I don't want to say that they should never have the same Assassin in two games because I'd like to see Connor in a few more games. But what they should do is have the games actually be part of the main storyline/trilogy. A trilogy with one assassin would be fine by me.
Alright, but AC3 is clearly not a lazy rehash. It's got 3 years of development under it's belt, a revamped combat system, entirely new setting, and tons of new features like sailing, the frontier/wilderness, muskets and bow(freaking sweet imo), and running through houses. The reason that Brotherhood and Revelations felt like lazy rehashes were because it was essentially the same game with the same character in a slightly different setting with almost no new features.
I think that Desmond should be a secondary character in all honesty. I didn't care about him in AC1, it's not like AC2 made that happen. I think that their original vision has morphed from a modern day Assassin finding out how t save the world by experiencing his ancestors past memories into just Assassin's throughout various locations and historical events. That's how I like it. The modern day story never really captivated me. I look forward to the end of it and want to see h...
Same. I'm definitely getting this without even playing a demo (I love AC) but most of the time I like to play it first. That way I won't end up regretting a purchase.
Totally agree. Remote play seems cool and all, but for real it's stuff like that that's holding the Vita back.
@insomnium
I'm not trying to win anything. Not everybody has to take sides like you. I'm just saying there is no way in hell PS+ saves thousands of dollars and that the "free games!!" that everyone raves about aren't free at all. Just because that's true for PS+, doesn't mean it isn't true for XBL. Learn to be unbiased and objective, then come talk to me.
Right you are my friend. Sony supports their systems for extremely long periods compared to a lot of companies. Don't see why the Vita wouldn't get the same treatment.
I'd be kind of pissed if this happened. It'd be a great idea and probably sell pretty well, but I bought my Vita at full price and still need a PS3. Kind of selfish of me but still.
@ Smashman98
You definitely don't get 1000s of dollars in savings each year. You get a few old games for free. You don't even get them, you have to keep subscribing to PS+, so you are essentially renting them. It may be better than XBL but you are overblowing how good a service it is.
Well, if they killed a character nobody liked it wouldn't have much of an impact would it now?
That's not sarcasm at all. If anything it's irony.
Well you said "it lagged behind his tv by about five minutes". What the hell does that mean other than you were checking the actual cable alongside it? Unless you just meant it was laggy in which case you need to work on conveying your message and word choice. If that's what you meant just say "it was laggy". I wasn't being a smart alec, dickhead.
Why the hell would you use the app if you had the cable box right there?
@ HammadTheOne
Yeah I haven't heard the beep myself, but it can't be so loud that it'll wake the entire house up. And it's only once.
Or, you know, maybe he has a wife and kids and stays up late to play video games after they go to bed because he works all day.
Wow. The first looks so great and it'd be a unique style. The second looks like ass.
Very true. I liked ME3 a lot, but I can't help but think that if EA hadn't forced the MP (why the hell would they think that would work for an RPG like ME?) and rushed the team, then it would have been the best game in the series.
You are a gentleman and scholar.
I had a butt load of play time, but after the main storyline finished (surprisingly short) and main questline (also could've been longer) I was completely bored. Sold my copy a few months ago to buy a Vita.
You sir get a bubble up from me.
