1 LOUD and UNRELIABLE/CHEAP CONSTRUCTION
2 HORRIBLE front end/OS
3 NO game VARIETY (also dead already in Japan)
4 PAY to go on teenbox live.
5 NO BLUETOOTH, NO WIFI, NO USB's on controller, NO Blu-Ray, NO SATA drive, NO DiVX (don't mention streaming, no one cares about streaming and you know it) oh, and the worst thing about the 360 is the owners.

The only gripe I have is that the character faces look crap. They look almost 'Disney' and less Japanese in their style. (and yes American comics look like sh1t), oh, and the losers playing could not even muster one super for us to see!

No one cares about paying for an extra mission. People like their GTA with a real controller too, not the 'Fisher Price' 360 one. Gamers have got used to GTA with the PS controller.
Plus, maybe some are scared they won't be able to hear the radio stations above the 360's fan or even that their machine will R.R.O.D.
No one I know can download a 25-50gig 1080p movie with out waiting at least a day. Until EVERYONE has HUGE bandwidth internet, I don't see downloads taking over any time soon.
In the future yes, but it is years down the road as far as high quality movies go.
