It's less about believing BOTW is trash and more about recognizing that the game has somehow become critics favorite example of open world game design, despite the many flaws it has (that were often addressed in those same reviews), and despite not creating any of the features it's so lauded for.
@Imalwaysright
Gods your opinions and examples are awful and your knowledge is so lacking it hurts as all. Legend of Zelda on NES isn't even the first home console game to have a save feature. Have you ever tried researching or Googling anything you've ever said? I would assume not, especially with such an asinine user name.
If it's not wireless I don't care.
Most disappointing game of the year for me.
It's a decently built title but I found it woefully boring, it has a horrendous UI and menu system, it gates additional cars behind an excessive amount of grind, allows you to get duplicate cards, and I could never figure out why there was any reason to ever use any of the slower, novelty cars other than for the brief amusement of driving a toaster or the like.
Edit: It also has one of the worst soundtracks...
Eternal Champions?
Surprised to see Pokemon, Star Ocean, Dragon Age, and Fable. Not sure I'd put any of those series on a best of all time list for RPG's, but overall, solid list!
It's not the same people. Same publisher.
Why would it... ? The only thing they have in common is Marvel. Gee, I hope Spider-Man from Insomniac learns from Marvel's Avengers!
Don't waste the click.
Oh yes, that terrible attitude of a company that was threatened with legal action while legally making and selling a product. Darn them for being upset and snarky !
The whole concept of loot boxes needs to disappear. Games like FIFA, Madden, and even MLB the Show all rely on people buying booster packs of players that should already be available to them. I get the concept that these modes are supposed to create methods to unlock players, but return to rewarding them for play and not for the pitiful amounts of in game currency they currently offer.
They don't. This is a nonsense article.
DLC of this sort have existed for JRPG and other titles for years now. Just don't buy them if you don't want to use them.
End of my TED Talk.
Just ban them for everyone and be done with it.
It's a bit disingenuous to use consoles as the sole marker for growth within the industry. Lets use the past generation for my example.
Switch (Yes, I use this in place of the Wii U. It bridges two generations): 84 Million Sold
PS4: 115 Million Sold
Xbox One: 51 Million
He dismisses mobile games and he doesn't mention PC. It's arguable that while the *sales* of consoles has remained constant, which could also largely be in p...
It's unnecessary. Swear words are an archaic concept that don't truly exist. Whether you're saying fuck or fudge, shit or poop, it's all in the intent and use. They have the same meaning when used in the same context. It's stupid to think that one word is somehow worse than another in these cases.
You could literally ask the same questions of a console owner in regards to the Switch...
IGN - headlines like this are beneath you. This is shitty fucking journalism.
Nintedo, anti-consumer?
*gasp*
You don't say.
Wow, could you shit in the developer's cheerios a little more?
"I was totally interested when everyone on the internet fabricated rumors about this game even though the developer was telling everyone it wasn't true."
You've got the wrong priorities, dude.
I'm not sure what the solution is and I'd be curious what Xbox and Nintendo are doing that Sony isn't. I'd also like to know specifically which games these devs are from (I did see Hypnospace). Did these devs have some sort of marketing elsewhere that they didn't with Sony?
One thing I can say in regards to the PS5 is that their new releases list is DOMINATED by indie games. There's zero preferential treatment to indies or AAA in regards to this list...
She's a straight up transphobe. There's no ambiguity here. She's a TERF piece of shit.
