It's upto whoever is writing the check to decide how there money is best spent. While I would never in a million years pay for live because I feel it is a ripoff. Someone else may feel they are getting a deal for their money with their Live subscription.

We both are, because it's our money and noone elses.
I personally have found military shooters to be generic and boring for years now, while shooters like Bioshock & The Darkness are some of my favorite games this gen.
So I can't really classify the entire genre as boring but I would definitely classify your cookie cutter military FPS as very boring.
I also really like & enjoy FPS/RPG games like the Fallout series & Deus Ex.
I sorry I have no sympathy for stupidity & lack of any self control or basic reasoning for that matter. Hopefully this will open his eyes if not he deserves whatever he gets in life.

I hate graphics whores, a big open world game like GTA is never about ground breaking graphics, it's all about the game play.
in other gaming news MS raised the price of Xbox Live so the execs can get bigger bonuses this year. /j
still got them on disc from the PS1 days, also still have the GTA London expansion on disc too from the PS1.
One is easier to copy & paste for their yearly release than the other, which is the exact reason I haven't bought a COD game in years.
Why I stopped playing Skyrim after 250+ hours. Timed DLC which turned into broken DLC that took way to long to release. So going forward I will no longer pre-order their games and just wait the extra year and pick-up the GOTY edition that will have everything on the disc the way it's supposed to be.

I'm sorry he is always talking or twatting about what he wants to do but actually never does any of it. When was the new franchise he created? MGS back in the 80's or ZOE in the 90's? I love MGS and all but I wish this guy would stop flapping his gums & twatting and actually create something new & exciting again.
sucks for Nintendo & MS who only release the same games over & over with nothing new thrown in. Sony is the only one of the 3 who continually releases new IP's along with the older franchises.
I already own both this gen and it's in MS's hands on weather or not I do the same next gen.
I don't like this practice on either side of the fence. All gamers should get to play the complete game regardless of their platform of choice. I am predominately a PS gamer but still feel people who game on the Xbox should get everything too.

I will always just by the game if it interest me and come to my own conclusion about weather it's good or not. Or maybe find people on gaming sites & forums and figure out who has the same tastes as you and see what they say about it.

Now if it stops you from being able to play your single player or any games while not connected that is a complete different story.
Even if Crapcom were I wouldn't buy their incomplete game anyways. When was the last time the released a full fledge title that didn't have alot of content locked away? 1 of their games you even had to pay extra for the true ending! GTFO with that BS Crapcom!
