ok so I shouldn't use anything I already own because I can no longer afford a cable bill? What kind of logic is that? While I agree that buying new games should not be a concern if someone is out of work or something but to say you shouldn't play the games you already own is just plain dumb. So I should just sit there & stare at the walls at night instead of playing a campaign of a a game I already own? Really?
it won't cost me a thing because I have never bought a used game in my life so it doesn't affect me in anyway shape or form. People might as well buy new instead and just wait until the price of the game drops to the used price.
and the 10-12 year olds rejoice around the world. Adult gamers respond with a stern WTF MS?
can someone explain the difference of paying a 10-15 buck used game fee or paying 10-15 bucks for a online pass for a used game?
I buy all my games new so I couldn't careless either way if there is a fee or not but it does seem as the fee was already there anyways in the form of the pass.
except for say this scenario happens....
You lose your job & are forced to choose between buying food or paying for TV/internet and of course you choose food.
Now your Xbox1 can't check in daily and you can't play any of your exclusive games. Is that ok with you and you will just wait to use the system/games you have already paid for? I know I wouldn't careless how many exclusives they have if there is the slightest chance I may not be able to...
This game never existed to me anyways because it has the Crapcom name on it. I swore to never buy a Crapcom game again because I feel they blatantly rip off the consumer with their DLC tactics. Hell you even had to pay extra for the true ending in one of their games.
MS says as long as the TV shows run @ 60FPS it's all good in Xbox land, who cares about frame rates for games? Gamers? MS says to that like we give a crap about them!
The only thing that bring down the PS4 would be Sony themselves. While we all know the support the core gamer more than any of the big 3 with continued new IP's throughout the entire life of the system.
AS for lets say the always online required? A answer that it's up to the devs does in noway say that the PS4 will not require a constant internet connection to play certain games like Xbox1.
How about used games? They also said the PS4 will play used g...
how much does each extra account cost? I'm sure MS has a extra fee in mind for that too.
Well if that is the case Sony can just build Gaikai integration into their 3D Smart TV's and have everything stream directly through their TV's and have no need for a separate console to play games.
So you may be right where the future of consoles isn't gaming but luckily Sony can just integrate directly into the TV. Can MS do that? If your TV already offered you all the games & social apps would you really need a Xbox 1 & all it's extra hidden fees f...
it's not that simple. I want more as a gamer then just a handful or recycled games with prettier graphics. Just look at the end of this gen to see what you will get next gen. Sony is still releasing new IPs for the PS3. When was the last new core IP that MS invested in or created? While MS may show some new games at E3 for when the system first comes out but to that I say BFD imho. Look at the original Xbox dropped like a hot potato as soon as the 360 released. Then look at the last 3 yea...
Not surprising, they needed it to look like it works instantly like they claim it does. If you haven't figured out that MS is nothing but smoke & mirrors & BS then I feel sorry for you.
If a MS employee told me it was raining I would look out the window before taking their word for it.
" Xbox One is a dedicated cable box "
well technically it would be a dedicated cable box add-on because you still need the cable box from your cable/internet provider in order to get the TV channels to use with Xbox1.
if you look at my previous posts I have not bashed the Xbox 1 over how it looks in way shape of form and haven't said much about it in anyway for that matter since the reveal.
Now I did do a little MS bashing as a company because I hate the way they do things.
not me! I've known all along how they work, all you had to do was look at the 360 when it launched.
No Wifi - adapter = $100.00
No HDD - 120gigs for $125.00
HDDVD add-on - how is that defunct addon working out for the people who dumbed another $100.00 on that.
a HD console with no HDMI port? Really?
Netfilx of course we have Netflix, with a fee to access it of course! I guess I will just hit the button on...
I would never pre-order MS hardware. After the 360 fiasco that took years & years to finally fix no way would I give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to reliability.
it's should read like this me thinks.
MS & their fanboys: The greedy leading the blind
Because MS surely aren't blind when it comes to new ways of adding extra fees.
luckily I only care what it plays & how well it runs because that is one fugly mock up.
here is one inaccuracy in the specs with the ram, Xbox One listed 2nd
RAM 8GB GDDR5 8GB GDDR3
It will have DDR3 ram not GDDR3.
if there was ever any question he just told you why he is the FORMER CEO of EA.
