I see the headlines now, Witcher 3 for XB1 cancelled! I would LOL at that and hope other devs follow suit.
If MS isn't allowed to control you with it's restrictive console they will just ignore your country altogether.
I'm American but just don't understand how anyone can condone & support what MS is doing.
that is why Nintendo has been doing this forever & a day! They get, Sony gets it but MS not so much and will pay the price for it in the long run.
as long as there is mandatory console check-ins that will kill my single player games if I don't then I choose to stay checked out altogether thank you.
If SE loses their home market due to them continually westernizing the JRPG's I think they are in a whole lot more trouble then they currently are.
They should let their Eidos acquisitions do the appealing to the western people & let their internal SE studios stick to the eastern style games. That way they would be more appealing to both markets imho.
I'm waiting to hear about ND's new game and also what Quantic are working on for the PS4. Then they confirmed TLG is in full development so I am expecting to hear about that at either Gamescon or TGS.
here's why it won't matter if I'm online or not, I bought a PS4 and won't even consider a XB1 until their ability to kill my single player campaigns is gone. Not internet no MP no problem, no internet no SP campaign BIG PROBLEM!

preordered mine just now with KZ:SF & Watchdogs, and am a Plus member so I will get to DL Drive Club too.
Watchdogs was 99.00 but the price will get adjusted, I got a
PS4 & 2 games for the same price as a Xbone1 without any games. I also will actually be allowed to own what I spend my money on without needing to check in with big brother to be able use it or sell it or give it away.
Amazon still isn't taking preorders yet, hopefully after the show.

I personally don't care about used games. Good luck trying to play any game even single player XBone if you lose your internet for more than a day. So not only will you not be able to use what you paid for you'll be paying MS you XBL fee on top of it to be told you can't play your game.

#4, pay MS to not allow you to play your games! That is what will happen if you lose your internet for more than a day. As long as XBL is up they couldn't careless about your internet connection going down and you not being able to play your single player campaign.

me 2, I own the original & 360 and it's because of the required check ins or the games you pay for won't work. I have lost my cable/internet for up to a week at some points after a storm and had electricity. So MS feels they have the right to not let me use what I have paid for & own? Really? REALLY? And whats even worse is some people think that it's ok for MS to do that. WTF are these people thinking?

I couldn't careless about the used game policies on either console because I do buy all my games new and support the devs/pubs/console makers.
Where I do have a issue is with the 24 hour check in. When I spend say $500.00 on a console and then another $60.00 for a new game who in the hell are MS to tell me I can't use my console to play the games I paid for for any reason? This is going to be the 1st home console that releases in the US that I don't buy, dating back to 1975/1976 when I got my 1st console, The Coleco Telstar.
I just plain refuse to help MS ruin my hobby that I am very passionate about like they ruin everything they get their corrupt greedy hands on.
