Halo, Rainbow Six, and Battlefront is all the FPS I'll need this holiday. Besides, I still have some old COD X360 discs somewhere that I might be able get the COD fix on XB1 via BC if I choose to do so. ;)

Mind sharing what those remasters were? The 5 remasters that I bought so far are all worth my money.
1. HALO MCC - the best value in HD remake history.
2/3. TLOU and GTAV - Came with my PS4 as a bundle
4. Tomb Raider Definitive edition - bought it digitally when it went on sale for $20 on my PS4, definitely well worth it as it is one of the better Tomb Raider game in a long time.

Since I still love GOW3 and still have the PS3 disc but already traded in my PS3 towards a PS4 and would love to add it still to my PS4 collection, I'll just wait till the holiday when it is $15 before buying.

You serious dude? Movies don't cost $40-$60 a pop as most people can watch a mediocre movie like Transformers 4 at matinee prices at the theater for like $6-$8 if they chose to do so. Apple to orange comparison.
Reviews and WOW from other gamers had saved me from wasting $60 on games like The Orders 1886 and Watch dogs.
All comes with autovista and look just plain awesome. The biggest news for me is the return of Porsche that was missing for a couple of iterations now. The only racing game I'll need this year and Turn-10 delivers again!
Don't forget this game will be packed In free with the XB1 when it releases so it could be a good time to get the system then.
Definitely this is how you make remaster. Instead of just bumping the resolution and increasing fps it also has alll new textures and even the cinematic scenes are different. Plus it has 5 maps previously not on the x360 version plus online, this will be awesome comes Aug.

My favorite "P" PS1 game has to be Policenauts. Man, that system has so many great games. Truly one of the best systems of all time and made me a PS fan ever since.
Who cares which Gears get remastered and which one don't as all XB1 have the ability to play the entire series before Gears 4 via BC. You are complaining about a nonissue.
If Forza 6 is 1080p and 60fps, I would be disappointed if this game isn't at least 1080p and 30fps on both platforms.
Oh well, I still have King of the Monsters for my Neo Geo to get my Monster beat me up game fix. Another mediocre Godzilla game, pretty much expected.
No biggie...as I don't play split screen on my PC anyways. Just 1440p @ locked 60fps is all that matters and split screen would only slow it down
To this day, the N64 still has the greatest Wrestling game of all time. The WCW wrestling game, I forgot which one, WCW vs NWO, I think, is still considered by many as the best wrestling game of time.
Of course you can't go wrong with Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Golden Eye, and Mario Kart 64.
The excuse that people keep using: "people skip the PS3 game is what this version is for and for newcomers" is really lame as many, like myself, keep saying remaster of it is not the issue, but Sony could have easily added in Ascension with MP to give the set a better value to match the $40 price tag. Are people going to be OK again if Sony decided to release GOW Ascension and charge another $40 for it? Com on, we as gamers deserve better.
Even I as a HUGE GOW fan myself, I'll have to pass on this port. Too expensive for the amount of contend you are getting for a 5 year old game with just a minor resolution boost. I keep saying it, a collection of this and Ascension with its MP should have been included, at the very least, to make its $40 price worth it. Hopefully I can find a cheap $15-$20 copy during the holiday deal as I do intend to have it eventually on my PS4 collection.

LoL, making excuses? WTF? And you said you work for a store that sell games and somehow you don't know that the CE is actually release and sold to customers a week early, on the 20th, than the rest of the editions on the 27th? Your advanced warfare day zero edition grants pre order people to play the game a while 24 hours early and not Not a full week early. That is a big difference.

They can surely include a physical disc if the fans are willing not to have the $250 a week early. The reason why the physical disc is not available is because the Collector edition actually ship a week early and if a physical disc is included, the street date would have been broken.
My bad, I saw the PC tag and I thought it was. I might get it on PS4 then if the reviews are decent..no biggie.
Great list and I agreed with everything on the list. Also, Dead Rising 3, wolfenstein, Killer Instinct should also be on the list as well as those are amazingly fun games.
