I think that it's funny that all the MS supporters thought that Kinnect was going to let you use your XBox like the computer in Minority Report. Instead, it's being used to send customized advertisemts to you like the ones in Minority Report.
Say what you will about Sony and Nintendo, but at least all of the news for them lately has been 100% about gaming.

The CEO of Activision just held a press conference to talk about the past, present, and future of the CoD franchise and his main talking point was how all of the bugs and glitches suddenly vanished from all of the programming code. When asked why, he stated "it suddenly happened when an N4G user by the name of Ron_Danger assumed that another user only played Call of Duty."

Just wondering if you've ever played in a room where someone is using unlimited care packages or flying in an invincible helicopter. Or unloaded a clip into someone only to have them turn around and knife you.
The reason people can do that is because they are exploiting bugs in the games code.

Sounds like you guys are going to have to read the XBox One/ Live Gold user agreement very carefully. Sounds like Microsoft are gonna attempt to hide this info gathering aspect to Kinnect inside the terms of use agreement.
