Well think about it how much hype and positive reactions the game has going for it, they don't want to impact that be releasing it alongside the biggest consoles of the year and in PS5s case it even overlapped with it's launch day in some major markets I can assume they wouldn't want sharing the spotlight so they delayed it by a few weeks no big deal ;)

Good for Microsoft I hope this doesn't start a trend with their other competitors Amazon and Google calling their "Scrooge McDuck levels of cash" and start buying major publishers. Other than that they made their console very appealing they might release Bethesda's games on other platforms but they will keep some exclusive DLC or play the game First on Xbox people care for these things.

Exactly I have 980ti and it served me pretty good for the last 5 years but its time to upgrade.
Waiting for the new AMD card might be until next summer for them to be available but they usually do a better job for price to performance than Nvidia.

I believe the exclusive IP will be a new Killzone or something from the fps realm since that's what they are lacking in their launch lineup

True inflation does exist but back in 2006 we didn't have all the extra costs that nowdays come with almost every big game like Season passes, DLC and Microtransactions.
