I'm surprised they announced this information before the game's release. They would have known people would be mad about having to paying for extra content before the game is even out yet. I'm surprised they didn't wait a week.
If I had to do it all over again, I probably would've waited until I was finished with RE5 before picking up Dead Space. I'm kinda nervous that Dead Space, with its sweet controls and presentation, has just ruined RE5 for me.
Yeah, I'm usually a sucker for any kind of special edition, but I think this time I'll pass.

Wow, I'm sick of this sht. I've got a 360. I like it alot. KZ2 looks really cool, and I'm glad the PS3 guys will get to play it. And that's pretty much it.
If this game follows alot of the same new rules as 2210 A.D. and Godstorm (cards, commanders, etc) this could be tons of fun.
If not, I'll just go play 2210 A.D.
I played Indigo Prophecy on the original Xbox and liked it alot. Seeing Heavy Rain looking so awesome and having me be a 360 owner makes me a sad panda.

Tsalagi, props for mentioning Dark Sector. I thought that was a fairly decent game (even though it got flack for being a Gears/RE4 rip-off). And the controls were nice n' smooth.
nycredude, I totally know what you mean about the village in RE4. When I first got to that part, I thought "I don't think I'll be able to play this game. It's too tough and I just can't get around these controls." But I stuck with it, got used to the controls and bashed thru the entire game, and I still consider it to be one of my Top 5 fave games ever.
As for the RE5 demo, I'm a bit disappointed in it as well, but I think once I get familiar with the controls again, ...
I won't be able to hear those lines in-game without thinking of this ever again.
I didn't even realize this was coming out so soon, just for the simple fact that we haven't seen any gameplay. As much as I want this game to be good, not seeing the game in action makes me very nervous.
I actually thought they weren't sending out boxes anymore. I red-ringed just this past November and they told me to ship the console out to them using a box of my own.
