Most of these analysts were spelling out doom for the PS3 just a year ago. There was absolutely no way the PS3 could even come in second place, its price is too high, BluRay will fail, PSN can't compete with Xbox Live, no games, etc etc.
Now just one year later its suddenly the year of the PS3. Most of these analysts have said the PS3 was doomed back in 2006, but now they're quickly changing their minds. Now suddenly the 360 is doomed.
You know what I see? They're al...
He's right, bigger install base doesn't mean more sales. Which is exactly why Square moved this into multiplatform.
Knowing that the sales would eventually plateau no matter how big the installed base, if the game was released on both systems then they would now have two plateaus instead of one.

"Worried some guys will steal your hot girlfriend? No problems! Just feed her some Solid Cakes!" ^_-
By the way, I love how they call them cakes "Solid Cakes". I seriously think its related to Solid Snake somehow.
That's surely possible... seeing as how Old Snake was in the PSN Motorstorm Pacific Rift trailer. O_o
Anyways, Motorstorm 1 was one of the few games that would actually look better each and every month before its release... if Motostorm PR follows suit, we're sure to be amazed when the game comes out! O_O
By the way, does anyone know if Pacific Rift counts as Motorstorm 2?
If you haven't watched the Naruto series, you're REALLY missing out. If you thought the DBZ series was good, wait till you see Naruto.
By the way, I love Naruto Storm. But I noticed you didn't have as much control over your moves as in the PS2 games. In the demo, there were only 3-4 different combo chains. No jutsus. And a few specials.
Much less variety than compared to Ultimate Ninja 3 for PS2. Anyways, I'll probably get this game for the 3D aspect.

Everything I've worked for in my whole life will go to waste as I spend countless hours creating my own levels and using creativity to create my own genres with humor etc.
At Leipzig, I can bet some of those NDA games will be shown... especially the one shown to BBC.
And Sony will for sure show new exclusive RPGS at TGS.
I remember Kojima saying he wanted to create a zombie online game or something. >:D
How ignorant are these fools who dare to post comments?
Stop working on GT5P to finish GT5? Wow, do you have any idea how stupid you sound?
GT5P is the work-in-progress of GT5! If they stop working on GT5P then that means you won't be getting GT5.
Please, go to school and stop doing drugs.
I really hope you were being sarcastic... otherwise something's REALLY wrong with you.
Me and LOTS of other people won't really get into MGO until they fix a few flaws.
1. Region locked. Makes it harder and takes longer to find servers and players to fill the server
2. Slow auto matchmaking
3. One character per console(unless you buy)
4. Slow leveling. Fix it so that its easier to level up in the low levels.
5. Konami based servers.
Listed in no particular order. I think these are the biggest flaws that are keeping MGO from beco...
Sony doesn't monopolize. It was simply dominant.
While Microsoft will buy and buy until it becomes dominant... and then use its dominant position to try and buy out what competitors it has left in order to totally monopolize.
Anyways, Microsoft can't get MGS4 because even Konami couldn't convince Hideo Kojima to make MGS4 multiplatform. End of story.
They might want to milk more money out of Monster Hunter? ^_^
Not likely.
But I wonder if Sony can make PSP just as online friendly as the PS3. I think it would greatly increase PSP software sales if they had more games that took advantage of online.
So far MGS:PO is the only game utilizing online on the PSP right?
JRPGs will be shown at TGS.
E3 was for Americans.
As Leipzig will be for Europeans.
Hopefully Capcom patches Monster Hunter to work with this. All hell would break loose.
Naruto Storm is only out on the Euro Store.
Some people say digital distribution will take over physical distribution.
Not likely. Like what the 'counterpoint dude' said, it probably will NEVER overthrow physical distribution.
Just look at the music industry. Why is it that artists are still releasing albums on CDs? There has only been a one or two kind of successful artists that released an album solely through digital distribution.
Hard drive space is MORE than enough to store tons of albums, bu...
They should allow different game modes, because I don't like picking up weapons. I prefer choosing it at the beginning of the match.
Unless this has already been confirmed and I just haven't read it.
I think I know what it is. But its definitely not Heavy Rain.
Heavy Rain is already on the radar. It doesn't matter if gameplay footage has been shown or not. EVERYBODY knows Heavy Rain has been announced. Heavy Rain is as much a secret as the original Killzone was... yea, EVERYBODY knew about Killzone years before it was officially shown.
I'll say it again, its NOT Heavy Rain.
