7 is fine. He is due is...there are so much...better games. Constantly. There are 8s+ out every month or 2. Unless you stick to 1 platform I spose

Probably the best gay character I've seen in a long time. Why is it japan can do it right but the US can't?

I liked the game alot myself, skipped majority of side quests out of fear of boredom.

Buuut, one thing I don't like, is dlc after a story has finished. Likewise locking features into new game + and difficulty modes locked into new game +.

I take my first full play through as the whole package. Story, gameplay, emotions etc.

So, the only negative really for me aside some poor aide quests, was the difficulty being a tad to easy. With...

You know how other games handle this? You can fly around the planet and spot 'interesting points' and then land there, or else don't land. Its up to you. Its part of the mystery and exploration to be engaged in the seemlessness. What's it called...immersion? Something bethesda tossed away a long time ago

Bethesda has been doing exploration games for years though, slowly ditching their rpg mechanics.

It was only going to.be timed exclusive because that's all.sony can afford

It's possible in star citizen and nms.

Another thing, the problem, is the game engine. Bethesda are married to it. They've been building on it since 1997

I hope.all those shitting on star citizen finally realise what it takes to make a game like that. Todd Howard wants to.make that, best he can do is this mediocrity.

Here's the unfinished star citizen. Often labelled a scam. Light years ahead of anything else out today.

@lordogcritics, only thing is....Bethesda make 'rpg lite', oblivion being the the last real rpg.

They then became an lite exploration and lite depthless rpg for many years

Now they're just a mediocre mashup of mediocrity. They aren't the best at anything anymore.

Also @geebintosh, last I checked you cant travel in NMS. You must jump. You can't fly towards the sun either you hit the 'wall' pretty quickly

Fallout 3 was awful

Agree with Christopher, you're actually the exact opposite of what I get out of rpgs...generally.

In fact Bethesda is the only one that fits what you say

892d ago 17 agree0 disagreeView comment

That's true, outside of morrowind Bethesda never really did hit the quality of bioware

892d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Doing the same thing on a bigger scope doesn't make it better. What is it? A Bethesda rpg or a space exploration game? The answer is..it's a half assed version of both. As usual Bethesda half ass everything. Thet gave up making in depth quality since 2005.

You can keep making crap when competition has been rising to the top for tye last 15 years.

Far as I can tell, Bethesda found a way out. Microsoft buying then was the final step, they're ju...

Story there is the reviewer face 2 gane breaking bugs in prey and gave it a 4 / 10 due to that, when the bug got patched he upped it to 8/10

892d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

It did suck, but back then it had 4 people and still did seemless space to planet travel. Although there sandbox was and is still there. You need to 'loading screen' between star systems and can't fly to the sun...unlike elite dangerous, outer wilds and star citizen

58 is ridiculous, so is anything over 8. The games a 7 through and through. Bethesda have shown they are stuck in 2009 and can no longer keep up.

893d ago 9 agree10 disagreeView comment

Its not that simple anast, its fine to make an average quality game. If you want to be the best every game is custom made in each department. To some extent. Has anyone actually tried making games in Unity here?

Just look at bethesda, their entire dev team is stuck building on creation engine or gamebyro or whatever monster that started out as.

Really, its always "Oh the engine doesn't have this particular feature or mechanic that makes or breaks...

I didn't even build my PC, just bought it from a shop about 2 years ago for 1100 euro. Plays all the latest games fine. And guess what....the online? Its free dude. I've already spent what 2000 on the ps4, ps5 and online subs since 2010?

The PC is a once off payment, the consoles take a few years to catch up on cost..with this price hike its even closer.

Jesus, i've been paying for online since 2005 with the x360, ps3 came along with it a few ...

Clearly that's what he meant. It's also a standard marketing statement used for every Bethesda game since oblivion. It's the same case for any open world rpg
