I don't really read much of what is released anymore, because then i can play the game with a fresh take on it. I don't want to be bored out of my mind, when it does finally release. I already know i'm going to play it anyways, so it's all good. :)
I trust CDPR to deliver, more so than most companies.
It's not really surprising, if Thief's AI is as blind as a mole. The game is not made with the old games in mind (Thief 1 and 2), but for a new audience.
Bioware's greatest achievement was their earlier games, not Mass Effect. Only the first game could be considered great in terms of story, but after that it's losing quality.
Well, both Edge and GI has inconsistent reviews.
The first Castlevania: LoS was a great gem, but just like LoS 2, the demo is a poor first impression of the games.
One of the main things i disliked about the first game, is that it's more hand holding than most games. Showing scenes of keys or that next platform section is unnecessary.
Something i disliked about the LoS 2 demo, is that enemies don't care if you unleash a barrage of attacks. If the demo is anything to go by, then combo attacks will b...
Seems like FFX dodged a bullet with this one.
One is lacking in the story department, the other is not. That's how it's always going to be, between CDPR and Bethesda.
This is definitely competition, coming from a indie developer.
Hmm, it doesn't look like something i would enjoy to play. I guess i'll wait and see, but this may be a pass.
''and a mysterious pendant item which ‘might be useful one day.’ Hopefully, this isn’t a cruel joke.''
You mean like the first pendant? :)
Seems like a fair score for what it is. People already called it in Japan, since it released there earlier.
DMC 3 actually did the most in terms of evolving the franchise. DMC 4 Dante's combat is superb, even though it's lacking in moves.

Those two reviews pretty much sum up DmC in a nutshell. It's simply not a well made DMC game, and Capcom shat on their fan base when they outsourced development to NT.
The reboot pretty much did nothing to build upon previous games, and th...
There was nothing classic over what they did. That would be wrong to think that.
That just about sums up how terrible it is. The minority just can't understand what made the older Dante's games more likeable.
The minority that bought the game, that is.
Depending on how much it's going to cost, i think that seems pretty fair. It's not a new system at all, but it's a great alternative.
Anyways, the recent MMO releases just haven't been able to justify a sub, which is why people have been pushed towards lower quality. The F2P experience is quite different to P2P, since people are more invested and interested in building a community.
If Wildstar can't sustain a sub, then i doubt any later MM...
You forgot that most of the content GW2 delivers is temporary. Plus, the endgame is not worth the time for most people.
Letho comes to mind.
Would anyone actually be surprised by a 2015 release? The breadcrumbs are there.
This looks pretty good. It does seem like they allow longer attack windows, but that's fine with me.
Yes, i do think they would go that low. What happened with Dishonored after release, is that someone made a mod to increase the awareness of the AI. There was also a few other tweaks, but it's all to improve the feeling of a stealth game.
From what i've seen in videos, there seems to be no difference between carpets or not for example.
