The 360 had problems with a dashboard upated which bricked a lot of 360's so 360 has had Hardware & o/s problems mate.
15m Playstation 3 and a handful of problems,when a problem happens Sony are quick to fix unlike some other manufacturers firmware updates are good because they add features and improve how the PS3 works if you have one and your not happy you can get rid of it can't you.

IIRC That ad was first shown BEFORE the launch of the PS3 in the UK so it would have been hard for them to get a controller to use!

No rear usb was a mistake not a deal breaker but a mistake mind you not as bad as seperate power block,hd dvd drive & wi-fi that i saw somewhere LOL.
I have a 60gb PS3 had from just after launch (uk) Sony made a big mistake not having at least 2 usb ports at back for this and the PS Eye like they said the PS3 would have.

having a usb cable at the front LOOKS NAFF!
I have my Ps3 under my Plasma, system has no cables visible between TV,SAT BOX,DVD Recorder,PS3 or Surround system so having Play Tv cable plugged into front of PS3 would spoil the look!...

You cant add bandwidth of individual components to get an overall fig you thick **ck.
The EIB in the cell has a higher bandwidth than the edram for all the info from spu's to whiz about inside the cell so if you added all the bandwidths on PS3 it would be higher but that would be stupid like YOU!

Yes 360 has 512 unified memory BUT, REPEAT BUT it CANNOT use that all for video ram as it would then have NO SYSTEM RAM doh!
Both systems have advantages and disadvantages but look at Uncharted
for textures NOTHING WRONG with that mate.
Also developers not near to using full potential of the Cell spu's
so lots more still to come. CELL approx 100gflop >360 xenon CPU thats what will makes the difference as the extra power can assist the RSX GPU in the PS3.
Hi I think european human rights legislation would protect you against this I would think THEY would have to prove that you knew d/l was taking place and you did nothing to stop it I mean if terror suspects can get bail etc because of H.R.L I dont think ISP or anyone else would risk the possible compensation claims ,legal fees etc.
