I was watching x league.tv (a digital channel here in the uk) and the lead developer from Atari was on reviewing games and promoting this game. When asked what platfroms this game is released on his reply was "first the xbox 360 and pc" then a few months later "the wii and ps2", he never mentioned anything about the ps3. Whether he said PS2 instead of PS3 by mistake i dont know but thats what was said.

Where is the clarity that the ps3 version is better than the xbox 360 version for the two mentioned games? From what i reviews i have read, COD 4 is exactly the same DMC4 is more or less the same, with the xbox 360 getting the slightly better graphics but the ps3 getting the faster loading times after the 21 minute install

I think that E.A are going to buy up all of the smaller independant companies then agree some kind of merger with Microsoft so in essence, microsoft will be buying up the console division, what do people think? Rational thinking, or too much weed smoking?
I have to wait 20 minutes to install a game, its supposed to be a console not a pc, the ps3 is meant to be the business yet having to wait 20 minutes to play a game where i can play a marginally better version on the 360 with no install what so ever. I hope that this doesnt become a regular thing with 3rd parties, like people say, if uncharted can do then there is really no excuse
Lets say for arguments sake your 360 lasts a year, everytime you go to purchase a game, get enough money to pretend your buying it for the ps3, with every £10 you save on getting the 360 version, put it in a piggy bank and as soon as you rrod, you should have about £100 saved, hey presto, get yourself on ebay, purchase a used 360 and start again.....as for this website, their contact email address is hotmail.com, seems a bit"funny" to me
The ps3 is outselling the 360 by 30000 units a week worldwide, but if you actually calculate things thats an extra 1.56 million consoles over the year, the xbox 360 had 7 million more units out there so it will take at least 4-5 years at this pace to catch up, and with the impending price drop on the 360, these figures will change dramatically. This "console war" is just hotting up, and we as consumers are the real winners here

All these fanboys going on about RROD, every article on here, some 10 year old or person with the mental capacity of a 10 year old has to throw it in somewhere. Come on guys, all consoles are good, the ps3 has its faults as well as the 360. Now back to the article, i can see ebay been flooded with hd dvds, it might be worth picking one up for 20 quid, there are still quality movies that have been released thats worth watching

Decent game and all but i cant imagine shelling out top whack for it when i can get it on the 360 for a tenner,to draw in new customers it needs to go budget on release. And to everyone who is getting a bit giddy about the ps3, just be careful how much you boast, microsoft have much deeper pockets than sony and there is nothing worse than egg on your face
The quality of blue ray, i still hold reserve. With the rate technology is progressing then i can guarentee in the not too distant future there will be some optical crystal star trek thingy that will come out and be the new must have, and as a consumer i dont think its right having to replace my player and the hundreds of dvd's that i have bought every 2 to 3 years. Recognised that the first batch of xbox 360's had design flaws, down to rushing the console out and cheap chinese labour, however i think that once they have all died, the ones that will, the new sku's will be fine. The problem though has been a thorn for microsoft, a billion dollar thorn and about 3 million consoles off their own budget

That Sony will have a strong year with exclusives, like miscrosoft did last year. It takes what 2 to 4 years to develop a decent game, so as the 360 was released a year before the ps3 its common sense that the cream of the ps3 will be released a year after the cream of the 360, and of course there will be a few more exclusives as Sony own alot more studios that Microsoft. What i would like to see though are new IP'S coming from Sony, be a bit more daring instead of making tried and tested for...
Blue ray has sold what, about 10 to 12 million units thus far, how many standard dvd players are there, i bet were talking hundreds of millions
Blue ray may have beaten off HD DVD but it has a long way to go before it beats dvd9
There are plenty of other sites that say the exact opposite, it all depends on that one persons preference.
