The ps3 version was not better than the xbox 360, unless you read a sony magazine
Is just a typical 10 year old fanboy comment, 95000 (estimate) sales in a week is still pretty impressive, it was always obvious that the Sony brand will remain strong in the "console race" but credit to microsoft, even with the hardware issues the sales are still up there and are now synonemous with games consoles which was their main aim in the first place. Its all good for us gamers, competition means quality

As first you pay a premium until competition comes along and drive the prices down,think back to when mobile phones first came out and the first internet(dial up), here in England you paid 1p per minute and more, if you look beyond the price and focus on the product, thats some fast ass internet speed and its just the beginning, i can guarentee that within 20 years digi downloads will be the norm, the future is bright the future is microsoft

my comment was on no longer than 10 seconds when i got a disagree, i think someone has a programme set up that automatically clicks the disagree button when ever something against the ps3 is said lol
and i just cant get excited, most of them are 3rd generation "been there and wore the t shirt " titles, im not saying they will be bad games, no doubt most of them will be good in their own right but its just the same old hat but with nicer graphics, infamous and the agency looks very good and LBP looks like nothing i have ever seen before which could be fun, i dont for one minute think that haze will stay exclusive, sing star lol enough said, butall the others have numbers attached...
i would rather have a game now that has very good graphics and excellent gameplay than wait and wait and wait (in the meantime get ripped off by paying for not even half a game so they can finance the finished game and coming on this website saying wait till 06/07/08/09 ps3 is gonna own blah blah blah), metaphorically speaking i would rather have keira knightly now than wait for years and years for jessica alba, by the time she comes around, she is going to be older and less interesting

The main reason the ps2 sold so well was down to the diversity of its software, meaning mums and dads, grannies and 5 year old could all play games, nintendo have seen this and conned everyone by throwing in the "it will stop your kids from getting fat" line and bobs your uncle, the reserves of unsold gamecubes with a new controller are selling just like the ps2, i can guarentee that no matter how great the games are for the ps3 or the xbox 360, neither will sell like the ps2, most ...
