This should go over well on this site. I'm not sure he should have won the award because of how Halo was handled. But he has made alot of power moves this past year. But ultimately it's up to the eye of the beholder.
I hear you, I'm just hoping that they have a plan with a release date. I know what was promised in 2012 and as cool as all this tech is, they have failed that original promise. I'm really hoping they come out with something that's spectacular in every way, I just know they've been stingy on refunds and that sends up red flags. I really hope I'm wrong because it could become one hell of an experience.

Huge numbers for a game that was shipped broken for it's target consoles... I haven't seen this much hype and crash since the Matrix video game.
It's on Gamepass, so I definitely will play this.
@boing1, @Giblet_Head I don't think it's lost on most what they are trying to achieve. But what is their road map? They have a single player story promised years ago. What's stopping them from releasing that as a standalone? The real question....when your simulating a whole galaxy, how far do you go? Because unless you put a end date, it can just keep on going. They promised a game, time to deliver.
So if this game ever officially launches, will it be full of gas??? It's a beautiful game but they've been milking the cow for awhile now. Why not keep the gravey train a rollin?
The Switch just keeps chugging along. I remember when it was first announced and alot of people on this site gave it a hard time. I wouldn't be surprised if most of them have purchased one by now. The Irony.
I expect them to get it together. Just sad they released the way they did.
