Read the article and they have made a lot of positive moves as of late....... definitely putting themselves in a much better position than they did at the beginning of this generation.....that's for sure......I really think this coming gen will be a strong one for them......they have all the pieces together......now it's just about execution.
Lol, the immaturity of some of the comments...... everything that has been said by Phil and company is that the console is here to stay.......why invest the money??? They've said that streaming is a option but for some reason the fanboys on this site like to spin facts....... streaming as a option hurts nobody and only includes more people that don't have the money or the inclinations to invest in any type of gaming console or rig......but are still interested in........think of count...
OMG.......who cares???? Both are going to be a giant leap from what we have now......they will both have great games.........Bang for the Buck, they're going to rock!!! I for one can't wait for them.....will be getting both.......long live the console!!!
I was thinking the same thing about Elder Scrolls..........but their are some great one on this list..........I'm really interested in Breath of the wild and of course (surprise, surprise) Final Fantasy.........will be a great year for RPGs

Definitely a genuine person. Even though I don't agree with all his descions......he passionate about gaming and has done a lot to turn the Xbox ship around......can't wait for E3......this gen is going to be exciting that's for sure.

Delusional....lol this site never stops entertaining........600 dollars for a console with inflation factored in was the factor......not what anyone else did, or said.......oh and if you go back and look at the Sony's financials, just a few years after the launch of the PS3 they were in the Red for many years......it wasn't till the PS4 that finally recovered......it's a risky proposition for them, hopefully they'll make a profit off the machines.....just like they insisted on...
I understand the concern.......but you think for all the money these guys spend........they would test it out extensively..........MS doesn't want a repeat of the red ring.........so I'm pretty sure they've thrown it into as many situation as possible.......but we'll see.
Everyone's making this to difficult......just ask for the Xbox that looks like a monolith.....then add the words.......the cheaper or more expensive version........ probably that should be the name......Xbox Monolith.....lol
The problem I have with them, is they keep asking for money.... .....doesn't matter how big the universe is, the sophistication of the tech or how immersive it is.......they promised a game years ago and haven't delivered.....I'm not saying they won't eventually, but to keep asking for money and not delivering more than a beta is a mis managed project and at the very least a slap in the face to those who invested their hard earned money on a promise with a set timeframe..........
People by consoles for their turn key operation.....also you don't have to worry about updating your graphics card......just hook up to the tv and go......Go ahead and buy gamepass........either way MS wins.
Look it up.....it took the PS3 32 month to outsell the 360.....that's from when the PS3 launched......and that was not permanent, after that they traded on and off.......fact.......not the fiction some would like to spin.........I owned a PS3 and loved that machine........but sometimes the stupid things people say.......needs a reply.

So buying Studios, Games like Gears, Gamepass, Xcloud, and coming out with a Next Generation console is doing nothing??? Rebuilding out of the ashes takes time......I understand your sentiments because you want more immediate results, but to say they are doing nothing is very misguided.
