I'm going to buy this game, just don't know whether to get it for PS4 or PC. Have they confirmed if multiplayer in the game, gotta go PS4 with any multiplayer game.

This describes my feelings on this issue, I actually want all Microsoft games to come to PC. Make the games cross-play and have huge thriving communities for all their games.
The vast majority of console gamers buy consoles. Most console gamers don't own gaming PC's. Consoles have a much cheaper barrier to entry for most consumers. Let's not act like bringing Microsoft games to PC will halt Xbox One sales, that's just not going to happen.
For me, as someone with a huge backlog of digital 360 games and no 360 (sold it to buy PS4 and Xbox One), it was definitely the top announcement of E3.
With that said, I am a huge fan of Shenmue and have been looking forward to the 3rd game for years, never thinking it would come to fruition. As happy as I was to see Shenmue 3, still can't beat the BC announcement.

Cross-play games with PC players, especially on Windows 10, is a great way to unify two platforms and communities.
Screw the meaningless console rivalry and open your eyes to a new way to meet people and new just have fun as gamers!

I really wish the Forza series would release on the PC as well. Just really think it would be great to have as big of a community as possible, especially since it would certainly feature cross-play support.

I think Microsoft will do a great job though, the main reason being they are under the microscope now. If the BC list isn't satisfying consumers, they will hear about it. Luckily they are actively asking consumers what games they want for day one when it's released to the public.
Forza 5 was a let down, but Forza Horizon 2 is great and this game looks to be unbelievable.
Honestly, if you are a fan of racing games, I can't see how you wouldn't want to own an Xbox One for the Forza series.
I loved the Gran Turismo series, couldn't wait for GT 5 to come out for PS3, but Forza 3 literally changed everything for me. I don't think I could go back until Gran Turismo realizes it's not the 90's anymore.
Yea, now that we know Shenmue 3 is being made, one has to ponder if there will be a Shenmue 4!!! Haha, no I'm being dead serious.
If I'm completely honest, it looks like an indie game from the demo that was shown at E3. I'm expecting a lot more, but that's the feel I got.

The game comes out the same day for PS4 and PC only. You will get to enjoy it with you PS4 brethren.
