Good to see Microsoft putting out some promising new IP's. This game has me intrigued, but I need to see more.
What is the purpose or end goal?
Is there more than just ship battles?
You won't "have" to buy anything, your Xbox One will suffice. If you are looking for better optimization of games, PC is the last place you'd go. Lol
I don't know if you played the demo, but FFXV could definitely benefit from Neo Mode. I hope they push for 60FPS/1080P.
PS Neo is for 4k gaming.
Shouldn't be waiting too long, Sony confirmed the existence of the Neo. We'll see what it is soon!
Possibly, but the Scorpio won't receive all the PC exclusive games like Morrowind and KOTOR. Still, it's hard not to be enticed by the new machine Microsoft is making.
I'm excited for both the Neo and Scorpio! Really hoping they both boost performance of existing games, that would be an incredible selling point. Would greatly look forward to a 60 FPS Uncharted 4, GTAV, Bloodborne, DS3, and Witcher 3.
That's fine, if we aren't going to get a full fledged GT game, at least remaster GT 6 for people who jumped to PS4 when the game was released.
I would be happier with a GT6 Remaster than GT Sport. Locked 60 FPS, touch up the graphics, and surprise us with some additional content.
@ninsigma
It comes from common sense, Microsoft knows it would be suicide to release a new console over $500. Even $500 is too much, but it's the ceiling most would be willing to spend on a new console.
@listen kids
I agree that the the PSVR is the cheapest way to experience VR. However, in my opinion, it won't deliver the high end experiences as the Rift. The PS4 just doesn't have the power needed. It's why I said &qu...
Simple, if the Xbox Scorpio is real and has 6TF, it wouldn't cost more than $500. Please guide me to where I could get a PC equivalent for $500.
Really hoping this new Xbox is as powerful as the rumors state. If it uses the Oculus Rift, it'll be the cheapest entry to a top notch VR experience.
In other news:
"The Sky Is Blue"
"Grass Is Green"
This is the definition of click bait. Please be able to sift through the bs people.
No, NX is going to pull off a PS4 and Xbox One. Pulling a Sega Saturn would be announcing the NX is coming out in September, but then surprise launching the console in May.
I don't understand this mindset at all.
Could you please elaborate on why you think this may kill consoles?
For gamers who don't want to wait 8 years for a new console. We don't know what their plan is, but I highly doubt we are going to see yearly upgrades. Possibly every 3 years. At this point, it is just an option, there is nothing being forced on the consumer.
PC has always been an option. Console gamers are not all a sudden going to flock to PC because of this news.
Also, why would it suck for gamers who can't upgrade? The games are still going to be compatible on the older models. I think you are thinking glass half empty on this one.
Hopefully PS5 comes out in 2018. Imagine KH3 with 8+ teraflops of power.
