The Wii U is not next-gen. I own one and I have no problem admitting this much. I only own one to play first party Nintendo games. The Wii U could never run Killzone Shadow Fall, quit being delusional.

Microsoft exceeded expectations with Xbox 360. It may not be the success that the PS3 is but it is close. Having Microsoft in competition is great for gamers, Sony really came out punching with the PS4 because of the new Xbox. If it were only PS4 and Wii U out, who would push Sony to be bigger and better?
Nintendo and Microsoft will battle for second place this generation. Sony will be in first for sure.

Considering I have the game and the fact that you have a bad reputation on this website, the only troll here is you. Guarantee you have never even played the game.
I have to agree, it's still a good game, but some people on this website will praise it until the end just because it is an exclusive for PS3. I've read that some people think this is the best RPG of all time, I know there are some bias people on N4G, but that is just crazy talk.
So you want scripted and linear gameplay where graphics are all that matters. You are the minority my man.
The game is at best an 8/10. Coming from an unbiased gamer who has played almost all jrpg's this generation. Still gotta say Lost Odyssey is the best and is what FFXIII should have been.
Capcom would have to pay me to play this game. I'm not kidding at all, I played the demo and Capcom needs to go back to their roots for the game.
I really am trying to keep a level head one what was said in that leaked document. When I read it, to me it doesn't say that online is required to play, just that it is using always online when you have the internet connected to it. If you don't have the internet connected to it, I am assuming it will still play games.
If I'm wrong, can someone please show me.

Sorry, as an owner of both games, I couldn't possibly say that Forza isn't a simulator. It is definitely not an arcade racer, please take off your Sony goggles.
Gotta agree with neoandrew, but Gran Turismo and Forza are great console simulators.

You forget that the Xbox brand wasn't nearly as popular in 2005 as it is today. While I still think PS4 will outsell the 720, the Xbox has much more brand recognition for the start of next generation.
Rachet and Clank vs. Mario Galaxy isn't even close dude. I didn't even own a Wii, I just got Mario Galaxy 2 to play on my Wii U because there is nothing else. I can't even believe how good Galaxy 2 is. Rachet and Clank is a good Playstation platformer, but Nintendo owns that genre.
Never got into the God of War games, but I agree that new IPs need to be introduced. I can't stand COD and AC anymore. Mario keeps innovating, atleast with it's 3D games as Galaxy 2 is by far the best platformer out there.
Technically not, but electricity is more readily available than internet. lol
