Dlacy13g: Just saying, numbers are numbers and they don't lie, PS4 has more games, more powerful hardware and is selling better then the competition (both hardware and software). Those are facts, then there is preferences and im fine with that. I just love how defensive some will get over these so called "number games".
Yup, the numbers game must really suck when your always on the loosing side. ;)
Septic: Sim or arcade racer?
Would be cool to go there to see this years Playstation Experience.
I preordered Nathan Drake Collection, some games just feel safe :)
Spoiler warning in the first video, just a heads up for anyone new to the series.
Looks great though!
ninsigma: Yeah I remember hearing something about that game, judging by the development team it could be great. Lets hope so, would not mind Kotor 3 though ;)
If you think I'm being entitled thats fine, I just don't like the fact that EA can get the rights to the Star Wars IP for games and then use it the way they have thus far. They turned my favorite series of all time (Knights of the Old Republic) into a bland MMORPG and now they release another multiplayer only Star Wars game. So basically, if you like Star Wars and amazing narrative, you are out of luck. But whatever, I will vote mith my wallet.
This just means I will save some money, I'm sure this trend will die off when sales start to die off. Star Wars Battlefront will probably get away with no campaign though, for the simple fact that it has Star Wars in the title.
I'm conflicted on the matter of MGSV, it is clearly very different from past games in the series, but does that make it bad or dissapointing? I think the criticism on story and mission structure is valid, but the game is still fun to play.
As for gaming journalism, I think is has been a problem for the gaming comunity for a long time. Lets face it, many people working with gaming journalism are not educated on the subject of journalism and critical thinking and the strive...
Such a great game, still the best in the series imo.
VER1ON: No worries, I know they are very different games but I love them both. :)
Why?
The choice between Castlevania: SotN and MGS was not an easy one.
Alexious: Yup, I'm one of those people that went from Xbox 360 to PS4, so I have some cathing up to do. The Last of Us was amazing, and now I get to play Uncharted, the whole series from first to fourth. Sony is doing it right!
Preordered it today.
So true, I loved the first one, it had more RPG elements and the conversation trees were deeper and more frequent.
Favorite moments are when you recieve the specter status and the conversation with Sovereign.
I think a lot of people would have backed this if the price was lower, and a working prototype was ready for show.
Boom! Greatness is the name of the game!
PC gaming is not for everyone though, it too has some negative aspects that will turn people off. Some find it too expensive, some find it too technical and will not bother troubleshooting if problems occur, and some like to collect physical copies of games witch is not easy to do on PC nowadays.
Jup, it's all about what you prefer, I'm not going to bash someone for their preference. I just like to call a spade a spade, numbers are not always a great measurement but i...
