your wrong the ps3 has 256 mb vram and 256 mb of system ram but both can be accessed by the other. so respectively the ps3 has 512mb of shared ram.

<~~~ half life nut. when HL2 came out back in the day, i played it on i kid you not. a pentium 3 at 733Mhz, and an ATi radeon 9100 128MB video card. god was it hard playing at 20 fps. but fear not i finished it! (then when i upgraded i finished it again xD)
