I really thought they were going to announce it the other way where you could stream windows 10 games directly to the Xbox, that would have been more intriguing to me, but still a cool feature for those who will use it.
I got borderlands 2 on ps+ but the dlc is almost as much as the game, throw in the pre-sequel and all its dlc and improve the visuals, I'm more than all in on this one. It is a shame they aren't including borderlands 1, maybe it will be released as a digital only download.
Game looks crap, but even if it was good, I wouldn't buy it just on the principle of it trying to use the freemium game model on a $60 retail game. I hope this game blows up in 2k and Sledgehammers faces just for the greed and lunacy.
In an interview with Spencer I think with Giant Bomb, he was talking about how crap some of the original Xbox properties were and he specifically mentioned Blinx as one of them so I wouldn't count on ever seeing another one anytime soon.

Just look at all the deals on physical copies at retailers over the past couple weeks and then tell me how full price digital copies are better..
Until digital can match retail in pricing there is no contest.
I wonder how much of that check book was used to discount the Xbox as much as it has been this past 2 months.. godda assume that it has been eating into profits or even putting them in the red and all that did was help them keep current pace with Sony in a couple markets.
Have to assume with far more market share Sony will get exclusives far cheaper, this is going to be an interesting next couple years.

Seemed to me all the GOTY noms got extended promotion throughout the show. Plus it's a great game that is worthy of winning so I don't see the problem.
I don't doubt Microsoft will win November NPD, it's a given when they are basically giving the system away for the cost of a 360 when you factor in the cost of the free games etc.
But that is just one month in one territory, lets see if they can keep the momentum going and win more than one month and one territory especially when they raise the price back up to $399.

I don't agree calling it "great." It's mediocre at best even if it had a stellar library. The gamepad is cumbersome and the low amount of space even on the high end version is just silly in this day and age. I think people give the console a pass because it has a Nintendo badge on it, but if it was put out by any other company it would be dead and buried by now.
Sad to see the Tales franchise isn't charted here.

Game is far better than a 6.5, it's a more refined Black Flag with an even better story.
Doesn't beat the Sam's club deal matched to Best Buy with Amex $25 of $250 and reward points making the console under $350 out the door, but this is not a bad deal if you missed it.
I also feel a change in the console air.. First off of course Microsoft is going to gain sales momentum, you can buy into one for nearly 50% of what it cost only 6 months ago, so theres that.
But I feel Sony is being far too complacent on things like pricing which last year they said they were prepared to match Microsoft in a price war, yet here we are, Sony hasn't budged and Microsoft has cut equipment from the package (Kinect) and dropped $100, then they have a temp $50...
