I can see minimal differences in texture refinement on PC where it looks sharper but I have to pause to actually see the difference.
I think the fascinations stems from knowing that it means they will likely get another. Gamers use their wallets to show what they want. Knowing a game sold well, at least to me, means that more games like those will come out.

How long does the battery last? I don't see myself playing the console for more than a decade as technology gets older and new stuff comes out. Is this something in all tech or just Sony stuff? So many questions yet I only see a focus on this specific part.

One is a vague statement about development while the other is a specific statement about a stage before main the main development stage.
It's a fun game to play, while IMO, the story isn't as good as other PS exclusives and the gameplay isn't as fluid or dynamic as others, fighting hordes of zombies in creative ways is very fun. I know that games like Dead Rising do this but I feel like you are never really scared of the zombies in that game. In this, especially on harder difficulties, you actually have to think about how you are gonna do shit.

Sony usually builds relationships with publishers and developers prior to any purchase. Insomniac had made PS exclusives for generations. Fromsoftware has also made PS exclusives the last generations. Rockstar and Sony also appear to have a closer relationship with this generation. No one is talking about them getting Konami or Ubisoft. Sony literally has an exclusive coming from Bethesda before they were purchased by MS.
