It takes a lot to offend me, but that clip creeped me out!
Helios had better have done something pretty nasty to have deserved that.
That is a little much. Maybe I'm just old, but it makes Mortal Kombat look like a game for babies.
This is cool news, I'll definitely be buying both FFVII and MGS!
Now if only I could play PS2 games on my PS3, my gaming world would be complete.
I downloaded the beta last night, but I couldn't get a game going. It just spun and spun and I fell asleep in my chair and when I woke up the wheel was still spinning so I went to bed.
I'll try again tonight, I guess.
Hey, whatever happened to the PS3 Slim?
LOL @ Forrest.
It's good to be first, eh, Forrest?
This is the first E3 I've really kept track of and so far the hype and speculation has been far more interesting than the actual announcements.
...and thought, "That's it?"
I sure hope Sony has some good stuff up their sleeves, because that was just underwhelming.
That's fine with me. It'll give PS3 owners a few more months of not having to skip the crappy new maps.
SCEA will be giving out shockers all over the place!
Yes!
I heard that Activision has no fewer than five Guitar Hero games in addition to this one planned for the year.
Give it up, it's over. Start making some original games, please.
PS2 + Shadow of the Colossus!
So right. I just bought inFamous and there are so many older games I still need to play:
Bioshock
Uncharted
Assassin's Creed
Devil May Cry 4
Resistance 2
Valkyria Chronicles
Warhawk
I'm sure there are many, many more.
I still say that gaming beats the hell out of watching TV. At least you're doing something!
Honestly, since I bought my PS3 I only watch TV for about 15 minutes a day, I'm much better off. I'd rather have played MGS4 than watched a whole season of The Biggest Loser or Dancing With the Stars.
So, who cares if it's addictive? It's fun!
It's like people can't accept that gaming is a hobby or something. You want to know who are addicts? Collectors. And as if...
The inFamous demo is good, but don't judge the entire game by it, because it is much better than the demo implies.
The missions are varied and original, and the gameplay is fast-paced and intense. There's one mission where you have to chase down a helicopter and the only way to keep up with it is to grind power lines from building to building. At one point I thought I'd missed a jump and I actually gasped, but Cole grabbed the line at the last second. I couldn't believe that I w...
That would be cool – I never did finish FF8. I made it to the final boss, but my characters were too weak.
Agreed. I was so close to buying an iPod Touch before I heard the news about the PSP Go!
I guess I can wait until Fall.
Up here in Canada there's a pretty good deal. PSP 3000, 3 games (including Resistance: Retribution) and a case for $169 bucks. It's normally that much with no games or case.
Should I get that or wait until the fall for a Go?
Hmmm...
I like Morganfell's stuff. And he was right, your comment was spot on – bubbles from me too.
Sony's controller looks like a more realistic idea to implement. First, a lot of people already have the PS Eye, so there's one less thing to buy. Second, with a hand-held controller there will be fewer mistakes made by the software trying to figure out what it's seeing.
Like seriously, the girl playing the racing game with her family in the Natal video: how does the thing distinguish what she's doing from what her stupid family is doing? How does it know what to look at?
