Hey MGS4 and GT5 looks great but I dont choose it since I want more accessibilty like in NG2, Fable2 and the user who want more cinematic experience will like them over what I mentioned so its personal choice and nothing more.
But I must say that PS3 is getting more to hardcore gamers, while those on 360 are accessible to everyone.
Anyways I am happy that a lot of multiplatform games are available on both platforms so you might not be dissapointed if you choose either one.
Xbox 360 is also responsible for eroding PC market since, microsoft wanted to get a console which can bring Windows entertainment to PC. But with competition they went extreme into console bussines. I mean why would not anyone like to have a hardware 1/3 the price of PC running probably most of the PC games at HD.

You should do that, microsoft sure deserves some basing for there hardware failures.
But in case you have no warranty on left 360, then try the X-clamp it makes 360 failure free, Gurantee. I have done that and since then no failures or even sudden freezing of video etc. I know its a burden but it gonna pay you. If you want help on this PM me.

They had make Pariah earlier for xbox and PC which was not very good. Also there earlier attempts were not very good but lets hope they cant turn the crowd around this time. Team Ninja and Gurrilla have succcessfully came out of previous failures.

GOW 2 do looks good but not enough to beat best looking xbox 1 titles like SC:CT, chornicle of riddick and NG and NGB it is a great game and maybe regarded as equivalent in graphics to these titles but not better by any account (I have palyed all of them so dont comment fanboys)
And 360 has some flexiblity over xbox you can use processor to simulate physics in 360. Bioshock uses this feature.
Lucas arts had hardship to get it on PS3 right way. No matter whatever hardship they had they are going to do it right Lucas arts is one really good studio, its never gonna dissappoint PS3 user like EA did earlier.
The devs have to use power of processor in PS3 to get graphics so its up to the cell and its software driver to give the result. But I dont know the depth abt texture filtering and all that on either console.

GOW3 would be great but it will kill Ratchet and clank or Jak4 in terms of sales since they are not in the same platform there is no direct competiton.
The story and soudn of older NG were not very good, but this time I think its gonna change, the soundtrack atleast sounds a lot better to me than the usaul NG or NGB one and the demon scene at the last was a whole new experince in NG. It felt like a high budget hollwood movie scene.
If you have tried Ng anytime befor than this better than any of them the ending boss was awesome I mean it looked like something I didnt saw before. Also I might be guessing I think but it seems that the GDC 08 demo shown also had post processing added to it.(correct me for this if I am wrong)

Blu ray player are the best way for movies, I think better to go for PS3 option then to buy a costly Bluray player which is not upgradable.
Also BLu ray is not a vaible option for data storage other than movies so this also raises question to get a BluRay player for PC.
The graphics are not very bad but can compete to 360's line up of 2008, The graphics quality is like that of Saints Row 1, not alooker now indeed but they must focussing on the gameplay because Ascaron Entertainment is a small studio to make a next gen title. Hope they mange to give good gameplay if not the graphics.
The lineup of 360 is really what I always wanted. Although MGS, GT are great series but GT4 controls are not very accessible but the exploraton part they give is good but the controls are very hard. So if you are new to PS, GT5 might not impress you that much instantly. MGS4 is cinematic but its not like such that anyone can pick up and go playing for long time, its not that its hard but its not easily accessible.

I think NG2 will the best game on 360 and overall too and benchmark for action adventure game. Its not just GEARS 2, its also Too humans and Fable 2. If you have seen GDC coverage not only Gears2 but other game I mentioned were impressive.
You have to wait for a year to get GEoW 2 on PC, Thats a long time and it seems now one has to wait even further since they will wish to tax more out of GEARS2 since the market is bigger.
