But this looks bad. This isn't touching Sonic 3. And the music is awful, it sounds so cheap. I played Sonic 1,2,3, S&K, and S3+S&K like a million times and this looks disappointing so far. Well, at least they tried, lol.
Except I've been going to GameStop/EB Games/Funcoland for over 10 years and haven't brought anything from them in awhile now. Around the EB Games/Funcoland era however, going to those stores was worth it but the way we purchase and play games today has changed dramatically, and for the better if you ask me. To anyone who purchases games: save yourself the gas, time, and money and avoid doing business with GameStop. Ordering online is the most efficient way of buying games today: there...
Looks like someone couldn't take it and went ape sh!t with the reports. Half of them seem like regular comments. Anyways, this is a big slap to the face to all the fans. It reminds me of SSFIV and Capcom forcing everyone to pay $40 to play the game with new characters and stages again.
They had a lot of community features all planned from the get-go, but I'm guessing it was scrapped when they lowered the amount of RAM PS3 would have to lower the price. I think that's also why in-game XMB took so long to implement, even though it was there in early previews of the PS3 in 2006.
Did you guys forget this?

Or this...

I'm not surprised at all.
I’m pretty sure they meant con soles; Xbox 360 specifically。

Plays the voice too. I'm surprised they forgot him.
Ah, that sucks. I was hoping it would be on PS3/360.
@FiftyFourPointTwo
True, it's better than nothing. After all, its been a long 10 years since the last one.
Critics hated the game but I loved every minute of it.
"Most gamers" don't even know what 3D gaming looks like or what FPS is. And sacrificing FPS the reason why people don't want it? I'm pretty sure it's the price for the set up and 3D content available as of now. The ramifications of having 3D enabled in games should be worth it, or it's poorly implemented IMO.
The value of is pretty low actually, as well as 360s which is even lower. Maybe if it was worth more money, but its not. Selling it wouldn't cover much of the cost for either Move or Kinect.
Remember HD-DVD?
Damn, you guys are desperate. GT5's graphics are on another level at this point.

Next will be hearing about how GT5 does "tricks" to make it look so good, lol.
But it'll never happen. Even powerful PCs have trouble emulating Wii games, so I doubt we will ever see it come to PS3 running in HD with a smooth framerate and no issues at all.
T5DR is 1080p, 60fps, looks really crisp on an HDTV and is a 2006-2007 $20 game. T6 looks like shit in comparison. Motion blur and sub-hd resolution doesn't mix well, and even when your turn it off and mess with the display settings, it still looks worse.
Good news though.
That's very impressive. The video is low quality, but the doesn't stop the weather effects from looking absolutely amazing. Then again, this is GT, the series is known for its high quality.
It starts off pretty frustrating, almost boring, and kind of stale. However, after you start beating more bosses, leveling up, acquiring more magic and start getting stronger, that's when the game becomes addicting and rewarding. Some people give up and just think it's a bad game. The best part about the game IMO is playing it again 2-3 more times; you can hop around each world and the the difficulty is harder but you get more souls which can give you new magic, weapons, etc.
Sequel, spiritual successor, who knows, but if it appeals to Demon's Souls fans then count me in as excited.
Halo numbers? Who cares, just enjoy the game.
