Yeah PT looks good, a great amount of work went in to it but it is appearantly not same level as a release game. some lower res textures, its jerking a little at times and aliasing.
BUT the lighting, and the details as you said... amazing!
I stood around looking at that banana thinking it was too real for like 5 minutes because lets be honest its the most lifelike banana in a game we have ever seen!

That steelcase looks nice I love the bold red color and cartoony artwork, quite a contrast to what the game actually looks like.

Well Microsoft is behind on exclusive ip's and overall capacity to push out inhouse made games. But why copy uncharted when Halo, Gears and Forza are insanely popular?

Agreed, solid enough emulation shouldn't be to difficult.
I can see why Ps3 emulation isnt going to happen, but PS3 isn't going anywhere soon so Ps3 emulation can actually wait and it will actually kind of be provided for with Ps now.
I think Ps5 will also be a x86 based design so it should be capable of running games from every generation of Playstation locally except maybe Ps3... People have started on making ps3 emulators but so far they are as effective at...

Cracked glass, dents and scrapes have never lookes as pretty as in DC though, but you cannot total a car/get mechanical damage.

Might tank given CD complained about sales across all platforms last time and now is exclusive to ONE? Microsoft does not know what exclusive means so it will probably come to PC and PS also later on in which case it will sell more although CD's image has taken a hit for sure.

PS5 will most likely be very capable for 4K gaming.
But I cant picture every game being 4K native. Some might be, some will scale up. Resolution will be decided be devs and most likely they would want to push the best fidelity they can without it looking bad on a big 4K screen and have a rewarding level of fidelity and smooth fps overall.
So kind of how Ps4 is now with 1080p I guess.
Yeah Sony took a lot of risks, but I saw the potential so I bought the Ps3 near launch, the value of the system was outrageous and still free online play and not to mention that I knew back then what sony first party devs could do.
Anyways I heard Sony is back on track more or less.
I wish Ps5 will be more like the Ps3 in terms of power and features. Doesnt need to be exotic alien tech R&D money hole but higher end hardware to last longer and push more impressive...
Will buy the Redux someday. already bought both for pc and got last light with ps+ for ps3 so it can wait a little. but this seem like a good remaster/collection deal and my pc have crapped out on me, so cant finish last light on there yet. Laptop... never again...

I guess you cant trust a game to be XBOX exclusive unless it was made by a MS studio or MS OWNS all rights to the IP.
I think this is hurting Ms somewhat, Sony and Nintendo don't throw the word around with such little care and MS still pretends that multiplats are "ONLY on XBOX" or "EXCLUSIVE".
MS need to get it together and even if a game, so called exclusive is third party they still need the exclusives. MS should pay up cause exclus...

Currently I'm very satisfied with Shadowfall, I'd Argue this gen starts when Evolution says so with Driveclub but people wont stop pissin about 30fps so I guess it is up to ND again to wrap it up.

Sure GT6 has 1200 cars! and it is great, but that is a different game. I enjoyed motorstorm series a lot and there isn't a lot of cars in those games Im sure Evolution will add a few cars through DLC in the future but it will never have 200 cars even. Havent had any bigger issues. theres been a few minor pop-in, but I had one major one in the hotel level, when looking around a corner into a room. like really fast

Lighting, draw distance, water, particles and effects in general have been upgraded.
One thing I noticed was the reflection and clarity on glass was so good. Dont think the Ps3 version had clear windows and as good looking reflections. KZ1 despite weird and real laggy controls was a great game for its time.
Kz2 is still my favourite shooter, solid, engaging, immersive and atmospheric!
Kz3 felt rushed but lots of fun to be had there also.

Im gonna go with 30fps then for SP. those blocky shadows would drive me nuts I can live with a rock solid 30frames. Online however Id pick 60. Id like to see some performance updates that enables less blocky shadows at 60fps later on. like what I see tho.
Trade in old copy and get TLOU and Infamous at the same time maybe? havent gotten around to play second son yet.
Metro Redux is sweet as well. I'd say its a must buy if you don't have them already. it is 2 lengthy awesome overhauled games with DLC for a fair price, discounted even if you buy them again on steam to enjoy the extra added fidelity, seamless transitions, paths, reworked gameplay and dlc.
