STFU, 9-10 hours to "complete".
Well and still so much meat on the plate. People need to chill game is going to be longer for most of us until we finnish the main story.

First time I played MGS4 I used 25 hours or something, I have completed it in like 11 or something later on...

Ill wait for more reviews to see what they say. Only played by myself in the alpha (russia map) and I had a blast. Knowing there are even more modes makes it better/more interesting. Loved exploring and fighting whatever I found around next corner Until I found like Lvl 18 something in a basement that totally 1 hit killed everything lol, retreated after 2 minutes. the events and boss fights are cool!

I bought the Vita anyways it is great and it is a shame that it doesnt get more support. I imported the 32GB card through ebay, still way more expensive than SD cards and Im out of space pretty much.

Sony need to lower the prices on these proprietary cards, release bigger capacity versions and have future SKU's support SD cards.

Where are the 64 and 128 GB versions of the card that sony talked about back about when the Vita launched?

Might show up later this year at the VGX or something. ND games usually do.

It is not scripted. Game doesn't line up enemies at certain spots and force you to do these like QTE.

The combat animations are on the fly contextualbased.
The players engage and push the chain of possible animations forward based on timing and two action buttons being pressed Melee and counter vs enemies health, pose/physics, inventory, distance and position in the world and in context to the player and world objects such as walls, tables, bricks etc...

TREY 4 LIFE!
lol.
Seriously though, I'm not going to do away with my ps3 for years.
ATM it is still and by far the best entertainment system.
It has a lot of great games, and they are still coming.

Ps+ has given me a backlog of games to play it'll take a dozen dry seasons to complete them all, not to mention all my favs that I want to play again and again!

It is important that the players learn the general rules of the game and get the best experience for their skill level.

Nothing new here, essentially saying that people who are new to the genre or franchise adapt to the game through trial and error.

But because the game can appeal and be played by COD enthusiasts doesn't mean it needs equally shitty DLC policies.

Anyways can not wait for the game. It is looking absolutely stellar, but pre...

Not much is known about the coming SH game but I figure It'll be great: Fox engine, Toro, Kojima, (P.T) and Reedus.
Unless more Outlast have been announced it doesn't need to be on the list. Sure Outlast is awesome and the headline doesn't say it, but it is a list for upcoming survival horror games And Id have SH on there instead of Dead island 2. DI2 is more comedy than horror I guess.

Looking forward to Alien Isolation!
Dying light looks cool as hell so I might pick it up.

But Isolation almost for sure, don't agree witht he DLC crap they are pushing but the game is so goddamn promising.

Upscaling is nice but it is like taping a magnifying glass to your forehead to make your junk look bigger...Doesn't help all that much. There is only so much detail in an image but a good scaler can make it more pleasant to look at. Native 4k > upscaled.

Also I haven't tried upscaling lower res output to 4K with a TV but I imagine the lag could be intolerable for gaming purposes.

Making Ps4 ready for the 2.0.
It is going to be good. Keep at it Sony. Ps4 still has some catching up after 2.0, but it is a decent step forward.

If we are speaking in terms of next gen sauce then I dunno GT5-6 are pretty badass for running on the Ps3. Forza as a sim isnt even trying and that is fine there is a gap in between sim and arcade that needs filling also. I sure cannot wait for Driveclub!

PCcars is going to be fine, but it is really the only Next gen sim on display atm. GT7 is surely coming but for the time being PCcars it is. GT on Ps3 is still mighty fine in terms of features, sim accuracy and still gorgeus...

Consoles dont need to be upgraded they are replaced all together. And as much as I love my ps3 and Ps4 I think Ps5 needs to be here sooner rather than later. Ps4 needs time to establish itself, but it doesnt have the juice to push its welcome amongst ambitious developers for more than maybe 4-5 more years.

cas by itself is no good indicator for actual real world latency as it also depends on clockspeeds and type of hardware.

1066MHz 2133 DDR3 CAS 12 memory has less lag than 800MHz 1600 DDR3 CAS 10.

It is going to be just fine I bet.

GTA V is impressive in many ways, but I am not sure why it has to be compared to InFamous:SS.

I guess it is the lack of "open world" games this far on next gen.
If I were to compare Infamous to anything it would be to Rocksteady's Batman. They are in the same genre more or less.
I suppose we are to compare MGSV to GTAV any moment as well.

GTA doesn't have a lot of competition the closest real competition would be Saints row I ...

I figure it has most to do with the high production values of Sony games.
Fine tuned visuals, good art style, ANIMATION(!), attention to little things that brings the game to life.
I still think Kz2 looks pretty. it has awesome particles, physics and animation. its littered with little intricate details like crawling bugs, all kinds of debris , swinging lights, cloth that flaps/moves in the breeze, tin cans rolling around, partially destructible environments etc.

First and foremost I would like for better damage/crash physics and less invisible walls where there are no fences.
Getting 1.5 meters outside the road and hit an invisible wall kind of breaks immersion.

Chrash/damage physics are nice to add to the realism and immersion not to mention it is a good penalty for failing an overly reckless move on the track. I hate when people enter a corner in super speed and bounce off of me.

It would also be nice to ha...
