This is a substitute for Europeans. If they sold it in the US, it would canibalize the sales of PSN and Netflix. The reason they sell this in Europe is probably because there are so many countries over there that it may make more sense to team up with someone and offer this.

This might be good news, it could mean that Valve would now have less excuses not to develop for PS3. Also, it would mean that they would have access to some of the expertise of John Carmack, which is probably good most of the time.

Dude you always say the same about GTAIV, and you may be right, but if PS3 gets the additional content that 360 has for any game, then there's no reason for me to get the 360 version. This gen, most differences between games have been very minor, so minor that gameplay is intact, be it the 360 or PS3 version that is the one that is superior.
