-Make the cheapest 360 package less than $199 (Natal-less, HDD-less, WiFi-less), possibly $149 or even $99
-Have a Natal Bundle with HDD for no more than $299
-Gears 3, Halo 5, Killer Instinct 3 and Fable 3, all supporting natal (and natal proving to be a superior experience)
-Managing to hold the Mass Effect franchise with them for a bit longer than 2010
-Getting exclusive DLC for Bioshock and/or Lost Planet 2
-Getting more timed exclusives

There are more native 1080p games on PS3 than 360, that's a fact; it's also a fact that PS3's first party games are either 720p (like Killzone) or 1080p (like Gran Turismo); so, if 3rd party developers are incompetent enough to treat the PS3 like its a 360, that's their problem. What's sad is Microsoft's own first party efforts, hell, their most important franchise is not even HD. Hell, the most important game they get bundles from this holiday season (and I'm not talking about Halo or Forza)...
