No where near comparable and I doubt the guys asking Yoshida these questions are " xbox" gamers. There's real consumers that are not sony or MS defense force fanboys that will call out game companies when they mess up. Your analogy is false. Cinderella being released on blu-ray is essentially the equivalent to a remaster in gaming.Your watching that movie in an entirely new way. Sony is marketing that these games are emulated on PS4. So if this is an emulation system then why ar...
Halo 2 is completely rebuilt from the ground up. Everything in that game is completely remodeled for Xbox One. They could've sold that game for 30 bucks and people would've bought it. Halo 1, 3,4, and ODST were just the icing on the cake on top of the Halo 5 beta. Arguing whether or not that collection was worth 60 bucks is flat out ludicrous.
Why are you defending anti consumer crap?
Meh I don't like Sony or their fanboys but if Vice City or San Andreas is on there for 15 bucks I'll buy it. BUT I'M DAMN SURE NOT GIVING SONY MY PAYMENT INFO.
Damn sold more than the Order 1886 ten fold.
Battlefield Hardline is absolutely dreadful. I beat it on EA Access for free and I felt ripped off. Terrible single player and awful multiplayer.
So he said he hated the multiplayer which is acclaimed and then he broke the controller and disc to the game instead of donating it to charity. Then he implies that the game was broken which it worked perfectly during launch. Just found out the guy is also an addict which might be the reason he's breaking crap.
To be fair I haven't paid much attention to Kotaku's content in years due to the site being terrible, but if all they did was expose the fact that Fallout 4 was in development and Ubisoft stuff then blacklisting them makes no sense to me. Actually more gaming sites, magazines, and other media should be doing just that. They should be asking game publishers the hard questions, digging up dirt to find out about games in development, and getting exclusive content on a regular basis. Prob...
I'm playing through Gears of War 2 right now on XB1. Much, MUCH better game than 1. Excellent set pieces in the campaign and it's much smoother. The gameplay does feel a tad bit dated, though. coalition has to modern it somewhat. They need to make the triggers the sprint buttoms, the cover the convention bumper buttons, make it a tad more cinematic, and a few more changes and they're money. Loving BC so far can't wait for skate 3.
Heavy Rain is a mess of a game narratively and it's filled with a ton of plot holes. It is the best Quantic Dream game, though. Indigo Prophecy and Beyond 2 Souls have even more plot holes and weird narrative choices. The Walking Dead games I have zero problems with because they're cheap and they never claim to be AAA games.
Using QTE's to tell a story is lazy, lazy game developing that idiotic game journalists dub as genius. Thank god for the Sam Lakes, Ken Levines, Joesph Staten, etc that choose to actually use their own talented writing abilities on top of amazing gameplay sensibilities when crafting a game. Last of a dying breed.
The 360 from 05 to 2010 is the greatest gaming console ever made. Just the sheer amount of exclusives that either debuted on that console or remained exclusive was insane. Mass Effect, Halo 3, Gears of War 1 and 2, Crackdown, Bioshock, Fable 2, Lost Odysseys, Alan Wake, and many more. Just an insane console then you add in Xbox Live and playing COD, Gears, and Halo 3 on that service for the first time with your buddies over the internet. That feeling when you're a 13 year old kid first b...
Not to be a dick, but what have white people as a mass in this country ever went through oppression? Granted I don't believe there should be a day celebrating transexual video game characters, but there's a massive amount of gay and transexual bullying that goes on in this country. It happens to the point where being gay or transexual does define them because that's where the bullying and discrimination comes from. It's like saying a hispanic man can't say his race define...
Well the game is just going from planet to planet exploring different planets. If that's what you're into and want to spend 60 bucks doing then I'm sure you won't be disappointed. If you expect anything outside of that or actual gameplay with a story you're gonna be disappointed. I expect the fanboys to be satisfied regardless of quality.
Yeah I was just teasing lol, but yeah the game is ridiculously hard. I played for a few hours and just gave up. Just felt the gameplay was too broken. There were times where I perfectly dodged an attack and the bosses still hit me out of no where and I just stopped playing. Evidently I'm in a small minority.
Bloodborne in a nutshell. One step forward, 2 steps back, dodge, hit, repeat.
So what? What's your point? You think James Harden loves Addidas shoes over Jordan shoes? Nope but he's paid to market and endorse their brand. How in any way is this a bad thing that EA is doing? This is called marketing your product. Some times I wonder if most of you guys work real jobs or just stay in your small bubbles.
You mean at the xbox reveal? And why wouldn't they cheer? They worked on it from R&D all the way down to launch for 5 or 6 years. Most tech reveals have the engineers and staff at the front and the press at the back and most of the applause comes from up front.
The thing that shocked me about the game was just how basic the actual gameplay actual was. The guns feel good and the graphics were top notch, but the gameplay was meh to me. EA putting that game on EA Access really killed it for me.
They're Sony fanboys what do you expect.
