Best weapons, Best story and Best multiplayer going to Gears 2 is laughable. Let's see... a gun with a chainsaw attached to it... holy f*cking sh*t. Totally predictable plot and crappy ending? Check. 5v5 multiplayer? lol. just lol.
But to be fair, Gears 2 does deserve best graphics and audio. But the rest? nope.
I really can't wait until the GotY awards comes out, you'll be eating your own words.
Resistance 2 is a true sequel. It really improves everything that the original couldn't deliver.

Yet they make no comment on the half-assed lighting on the 360 version of Dead Space. Literally half. The Xenon can only produce 64-bit HDR whereas the PS3's RSX can render full 128-bit HDR lighting. The lighting in Dead Space is simply the best in any game, and I'd take amazing HDR lighting over a couple of frames per second.
