in several reviews is that they shower the game with praise worthy of a 10, and then we see 9's. has a new era of reviews ushered in? I think people expect it to be God on a blu-ray disc and hold that against it. I mean, gears is a good game but the production value compared to KZ is just alright. yet, gears 2 garnered higher scores than KZ2 on some of these review sites. it just kind of boggles my mind. I think that the people that have given it lower scores were expecting too much. I expect...
and can tell you, Texas rocks. If the zombies dare show they're faces here, we are more than ready to take 'em on.
to add splitscreen multiplayer. it was frustrating not to play against people right next to me. for ps3 of course.
that could change. xbox 360 is becoming a part of pop culture here in the states. it is a strong brand as well. kaz is dreaming a bit if he thinks ps3 is literally winning this console war. as a ps3 owner I know that it gives u more bang for your buck. it is my fave of the big three (i have a wii,too). but the price is really killing it. I had to buy a ps3 for my nephew because my brother thought the price was ridiculous, and he doesn't make chump change. people don't have that kind of money ...
I see more ads for asthma medicine than ps3 games. they are truly horrendous at marketing. they need to play commercials during all the hottest shows, events, and in movie theatres. just basically market it like ms would.

for a game in a while. i thought i was hyped for resistance 2, but this game is going to be special. alpha squad> delta squad? hell yeah! delta squad looks like cartoon characters compared to the realistic looks of alpha. gears is a cool game too, but kz2 looks to be a real war, yo.
gamepro, ign, or game informer. if I want a somewhat competent review I will go to an established gaming site. if I want to see the latest hottie maxim can have their say. take this with a load of salt, guys.

I can always find any game I want on day one without a pre-order. I only pre-order for the extras like beta codes. it's just a gimmick for paranoid gamers.

all Sony needs to do is market the game better. It needs air time on the major networks, college campus tv, movie theaters trailers (where I first saw GeOW with the Paint It Black music), and so on. I swear, Sony has some real bad marketing tactics. Get a new marketing head, yo!

dead rising is a game that I always wanted to play. I don't care if it's on disc or psn. let's just hope it is optimized a bit for the ps3. capcom love the ps3.
