Fallout 4 is barely an RPG at this point.
MS has been dropping the ball for years in regards to creating new ips yet you claim don't is the one churning out real stuff. You've gotta be kidding me.
Since 2016 Sony has been laying down unique and interesting games along with established ips while MS has been pouring you guys the same halo, Forza, gears tea for a while.
Now all of a sudden they announce a new RPG and all is forgiven.
But it's kind of a bs complaint that sorta only applies to certain games when it's convenient.
Cod, battlefield, halo, Zelda, AC etc etchave been milking the same formula for years but this narrative only seems to be brought up with certain games.
There is no consistency when it comes to developers review criteria

No not well said, in the context of the review itself his criticisms are just bad in general. Typically I would agree with you but this review is kind of bad, getting mad at a game because it's not something you want it to be is an example of a terrible review.

Not to troll or anything but MS first party support has been half assed thus whole gen, 2 more years won't mean much
The exclusive discounts and free games came after PlayStation plus became a thing originally Xbox was just charging you to use their online service and it was pathetic because it didn't offer anything that you couldn't get for free on PC so let's not act like Microsoft was doing something amazing for gamers

To hell with graphics getting better, I hope this gen they focus on making the experience better. Better physics, better sound design, faster loading, larger more dense worlds.
