I can't wait to play this. The art style is absolutely beautiful and the battle system sounds intriguing. Plus it's always great to get another RPG there haven't been as many as I would like to see this generation for any of the platforms.

Funny how they say there was no modern warfare when world at war began. From what I read awhile ago Infinity Ward started COD4 right after COD2 while Treyarch was working on COD3 so if that's the case there was Modern Warfare before World at War. There is a very real chance Spore will fail. But that's nothing new for Will Wright look at the Sims and Sim City both were franchises that when in development no one thought would succeed but to everyone's surprise they are multi million sellers. To be honest I was expecting it to ship at a lower price however recently I have read some hands-on previews and it seems there is a freakish amount of content in Disgaea 3 far more so then any of the previous games which is impressive because the series has always been known for its depth. It's nice that they will be fixing Host advantage but what I really wanna know is if they are gonna fix the horrid multi player glitches such as getting stuck in walls when moving from cover to cover and the Collision detection. That is what made me stop playing gears online was the horrid glitches that happened far to often. It was rare that I didn't have a game where i got stuck in a wall while jumping from cover to cover.
Everyone needs to remember that SE said they are aiming for World Wide releases of all the biggest games they have and the only reason that didn't happen for Last Remnant is because of the issues with the Unreal Engine on PS3 which we all know about. Last Remnant is still going to be a World wide release for Xbox 360 as far as I know. So there is no reason to believe they won't do the same for FFXIII which is a far bigger deal then Last Remnant.

At this point in time it looks like TECMO is in serious trouble. If they don't start owning up and admitting they did things wrong and keep insisting everything is fine it is definitely going to hurt them far worse.
I would bet that Nomura-san is closer to being right in this situation. SE may have not liked the way he referred to Versus as "On Hold" and there by felt they needed to speak. However if even a few members of the Versus team are helping the FFXIII team development on Versus will be slower and there fore could be referred to as On Hold. This is most likely SE trying to make sure fans don't think the game is canceled or what not.
If MGS4 was to come to the 360 there is a very very good chance that it would not look as good and would suffer from very long load times and massive amounts of slow down at key points in the game. I have a 42 inch LCD and it's great. I compared to alot of Plasma's as well as other LCD's but I liked the LCD better and it was far cheaper as well. I have played games all day long about 10hrs straight on it and no burn in at all. My older TV burned in the week I got it.
That's a good thing that they are putting Versus on hold until XIII is done. Having both come out even a few months apart would eat into each others sales.
