Good job i have 6tb of m.2 storage then and 2 more 500gb SSDs, games are already huge, doom 2016 is over 80gb on pc, i have few other games that easily break the 100gb mark, a 1tb ssd is not enough now. Makes me wonder how big the consoles will be.

Generations are a shift in hardware, like phones, consoles etc, PC arnt like thay a 2080ti will stil run anytjing a new console can you dont need new hardware, generations by consoles all so bring a new wave of gamds that cant be played on your previous generation, PCs dont have this issue.
A generation shift is a full shift in hardware upgrading ur gpu is not you changing to next gen as older xards will still easily play these are games
Thing is SSD's are already faster on the PC, Sony never said it was the fastest they said it was "Best in class" has nothing to do with speed.

Think you'll find Sony announced last year they sold more on their store than they did with physical disk sales for the first time ever. So no 95% of games are not on disk, 2019 saw 53% of them where digital downloads, this number will just grow like it did on PC many years ago, you may want disks but they will be gone sooner or later.
With Corona-virus that number is going to be even higher in 2020
I'd take 144/1440p over 60/4k anyday. Have a 4k monitor and playing at 144/1440p is so much smoother and enjoyable than 60/4k. That is just my personal preference though, also depends ALOT on the game you are playing. Playing an online racing or online FPS game is a much better experience at 144 than at 60, if i was playing a more cinematic game like a Sony 1st party then I'd play at 4k.

I just recently heard the PS5 is going to have a complete redesign as devs have been reporting the Dev kits are suffering from overheating issues, apparently it's new design will be more inline with the XSX, I have heard this from Windows Central lol so there is that.

Having played it on PC abit there is only one time i encountered a cheater where i can be certain they where cheating, i have friends who are consistently good who can get between 10-20 kills a game, they get flagged for cheating constantly even though they don't your chances of meeting a cheater are a lot small than people make out, alot are false flags by people who just got killed by a much better play.
