Personally, I think the PS3 has a good few years ahead if it still. Developers are now, seriously

To be honest, this game looks ok, i'll probably give it a go BUT i recon PS3 owners shoulod get ba FREE DLC copy of the first game. We missed out, i'm presuming there would be some kind of story that would be helpfull mto carry on through to this new release.

As naughty Dog said after U2, we've maxed out the PS3, then found more potential to release U3 and again with The Last Of Us. It comes down to smart programming I recon.
I'm sure, if they ever release Crysis 4 that (theoretically), it could run on a PS3 if programmed right.
Either way & either console I'll probably pick up a copy and give it a bash.
I recon QUICK SAVING is like cheating. Advancing 2 mins into a game then save, save, save. If your good enough, you'll make it to the next save point without needing it. Silly.

SOLIDSYSTEM, I understand where your coming from. If the actual player is in control, what difference does it make if the protagonist is a dunce? (stupid) or a war hero???

I've gotta say, the last game became too tedious for me playing for just over 60 hrs but getting no more than 12% of the story done. The saving system needs to be re-structured in my opinion as it can take 10 or so minutes to get to the beginning of a new mission, longer if you crash a car, get arrested get into street fights etc, don't get me wrong, this all adds to the experience but you should be able to hard save at the very beginning of a new mission too not just from your appart...

No teamwork, no comunicatining, no need for mic's, no destruction, no vehicles. I'm sorry but this is boring multiplayer. But yet it sells so well........ Guess there's a lot of players out there with no friends who play by themselves locked in closets.

My copy is in the post as I type this. Looking forward to playing through the old games again. It's a shame though that the originals are not full screen, from what I've read anyway. None the less, looking forward to my delivery.
Too slow and boring for me this game. I don't have the patience for stealth games. Each to their own though.
Just my opinion but 4 hrs? It's a $100 game here!!! That's $25 per hour. I don't think so. Borderlands 2 (30 hrs of pure gameplay) ill stick to this one thanks.

If your really concerned (and seriously, frelyler is right, it's very simple to do). You can trade with your local Games dealer for a larger one.
I upgraded my 120GB for a 500GB with 1 years warranty! Well worth it mate. It cost $170 AUS to swap over and the old PS3 had YLOD which they (EB GAMES-GAME STOP) did'nt mind either.
I believe though they wont do the trade with the FAT PS3's though (40,60 & 80GB).
I'm actually really looking forward to this game. I'm hopeing the SP is as epic as the movies, as thats what every preview is telling us!

The only gripe I have is to put the system back the way it was as the loading times in game are apauling. At leased before the update you did'nt have to load the trophy's, they were there too look at ingame straight away.
Having said that though, I have'nt read this article yet.
