He is more than likely talking about HZD, which means, he just played or finished playing the tutorial of the game and don't know about 90% of what the game has to offer. Hell when i played games like the Witcher 3, Skyrim, Boarderlands, dark souls 1 it took me between 7-10 hours to get hooked. I have actually seen a lot of xbox fanboys claim to have put HZD down just after 4 hours, exposing themselves for only played the tutorial area, in an other wise 40-50 plus hour long game.

You seem to have left out the fact that PC gamers also have the options to change the setting of games to reach the performance they like or close to it, or the fact the console gamers don't have those options. So to ANSWER your question. OPTIONS

So does that mean the base Xbox 1 owners out there that want to play PUBG, but have no interest in buying the new X, will be at a disadvantage? This will be very bad, from my stand point, as millions of Xbox owners can being told to go out and spend an extra $500 in order to play on an even field.

Again, i keep saying there is a difference, but it's not NIGHT & DAY. TRUTH hurt and i know Xbox fanboys want to claim the difference is NIGHT and DAY, but its not, majority of the games on both the Pro and X are both using checkerboard rendering anyway.

Am very sure my HP Omen PC isn't a phone or tablet and i can view them in 4K, the biggest in all the comparisons i have seen is with Shadow of War, which i believe uses 4K assets, again there is a difference, but it's not NIGHT and DAY as fanboys want simple as that.
Answer, you can also watch the DF vidoes in 4K and the difference isn't night and day or a game changer. If you are an xbox one or s, or base PS4 owner then the difference is huge, but the difference will not be that big coming from the pro.
The difference between majority of the games between the Pro and the X are not as big as many fanboys claim it to be. You can say the X has 10, 30, or even 50% more pixels than the pro in some games, however, that fact that DF has to always zoom in 300-400% in order to point out the difference, should tell you the difference isn't that big.

You can compare whatever you want, doesn't mean Sony or even Nintendo should be ashamed about a video comparison on a powerful and expensive system, heavily dependent on 3rd party multi platform games to sell their system.
So by your logic, MS is releasing something for muti million dollar companies, whiles Sony is releasing something for gamers. Why didn't you say so
For a game with so much success on the PC, I expected to do much better, also it’s a sad state to be in, given that we as gamers turn to brag about first or second place, seeing some Xbox fans celebrating a game that came in 4th place, but I guess we all have different expectations. More power to those who enjoy it, I for one can’t stand a game, with such bad optimization
