If I had a PC powerful enough to play it at full gfx then there would be no contest, it would be PC all the way. Unfortunately, my laptop would probably tell me to f*** off and shut down for the night if I tried it.
But my point is that with the right system, I would definately go for the PC version.

Sales are linked to marketting and review scores are fabricated. The ex-CEO of a certain blacklisted website said reviewers will score games high so they don't get blacklisted as that means they lose ad eevenue.
After this little (and very much suspected by most people) revelation, I have given up on reading reviews all together. I'll just rent a game from now on and then decide if it is worth buying.

Sony has already made rediculous profit form PS3.
It is at the end of the day a carriage for Blu-Ray. All credible news sources (that means not a gaming website by the way) say that it is there TV department that is losing the company money, and the PS3 has helped stave off bigger losses than posted because of it's effect on Blu-Ray related profits.

Alot of fanboys like to play sales. A bit silly really when Sales to Date numbers are used.
Both Microsoft and Sony are owned by shareholders, and they mean investment. Shareholder do not give a sh1t about Sales to Date, they only care about Sales for Last Quarter. That is true. A console may have sold 400M units to date, but if it is now only selling 100,000 units a quarter then they are not interested.

The 31M figure could be the official number which would apply until the next count up is complete, and between these count up's a month or so can pass. But if approached by a journalist they will have to give the only known official figure at that point, the next day or week the next official figure is released.

Microsoft's combined studios were nowhere near the Top 20.
As far as revenues from games are concerned, Sony is laughing it's butt off to the bank. Microsoft is not.

I know I am. No point in buying a 360 if I already have PC. The both have the same games all the time and the PC versions look better.

Killzone 2 is the best for me. Haven't played UC2 or ME2 yet so cannot comment. Will play HR before those, my opinion is reserved for a later date.
