I would like to see a sequel to Eternal Darkness. It will probably never happen though. :(
So heres hoping for a new Metroid or Star Fox game this E3.
@ Jyndal
You are not looking at Nintendo from a gameplay standpoint. Sure Mario's story might be the same, but you can't tell me SMG plays just like Sunshine or 64. They have the same goal, different gameplay mechanics. Nintendo focuses on fun and creativity within their gameplay mechanics and has always pushed gaming forward when it comes to new playstyles and even their consoles. Saying they haven't been innovative in terms of gameplay is a load of bull.
...
Looks great! :(
While it is not a big deal, I kind of agree with Fox. The relationship you have for one another is apart of Tomodachi Life. It seems weird to leave it out even when it was a glitch.
Plus, a very entertaining Fox News story would cover it.
I hope its some RAREWARE IPs. BK coming back home would be a dream come true.
Forget Waluigi, we need more deserving characters to have their own games. Like Diddy Kong. Diddy Kong Racing 2, Diddy's Kongquest 2, Hell, he has a jetpack and a nice set of exploding nuts, make a Contra-style inspired game.
So much potential and ideas. Nintendo, don't let it go to waste.
I wouldn't mind if they made a Wario Bros. (brothers?) game with Waluigi in it, but having his own game.... no thanks. He has to earn it.
Tell me about it.
Poor Diddy :(
Perhaps he isn't in because he will be in a new Diddy Kong Racing game.
Everybody should have the chance to enjoy this game. If someone wants to play this game on the Xbox One, let them. If they want to play it on the PS4, then let them. The only people who have the right to complain are Wii U owners who won't have the chance to play this (unless they purchase a PS4 or an Xbox One, of course.)
On topic, I wonder how many years have passed since Dream Drop Distance?
1. DKC Tropical Freeze
2. Super Mario 3D World
3. The Woderful 101
4. Zombi U
5. Pikmin 3
I thought the same. I was about to cry, lol.
DKC:TF wasn't incredibly hard, but it was challenging as far as a first play through. I could see if someone was having hard time playing it if they don't know the mechanics. I don't know how many times I had to tell people that rolling off an edge and jump in midair was a thing.
And getting 200% in the game is difficult.
''DKC:TF is derivative and disappointing'' Highly disagree.
''NSMBU showed more willingness to innovate and give us something new'' Yeeeeeeaaaaa..... no. As a platforming enthusiast, that is bull.
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Big the Cat should've been in there instead of Tails. Tails is hardly an annoyance compared to that Big fat dork.
I would've also put Tingle in there. Popping his balloon in Melee was hilarious!
@Sitdown
The Stamper Brothers sold the company to Microsoft. Nintendo had no choice.
DKC 1&2, TF
Okami
Zelda series
Mega Man 2
Xenoblade
MGS series
Metroid series
and others
Nintendo needs to make a Diddy Kong Racing sequel. Too bad Microsoft owns almost all of the the characters from that game. The big N could replace those characters with some original characters or some obscure ones from their own.
Diddy just needs to make a comeback. The first DKR was one of the fastest selling games from that time and the DS remake was also successful.
''Well Excuuuuse me, princess''
I agree with Zelda being open world though.
Hell yes! I hope this is true!
