While the animation does look good, I am kind of disappointed they didn't try to go for a cell shaded look. It would be unique for hollywood. I also don't like the way murray looks. The other characters look okay.

I don't think Other M was bad, it just had a bad story line and there was no exploration. I have loved every single installment so far (not including the spin offs like Hunters or Pinball). I do hope we get another Metroid soon for Wii U.

I wish you could play as the other kongs in single player. DK is literally the worst kong in the new series. The new Kongs trump him in every way. I don't know why they didn't give DK something special or unique like his coconut gun or use his strength in special circumstances like if a boulder is in the way and only DK can move it. This is my biggest and only gripe in the new series.

I hope its a new ip or perhaps an old nintendo ip like mach rider, star fox, or star tropics. I wouldn't mind if they did another Metroid, but I don't want them to give up on DKC series either considering the series had made them the most dough.
If they do make another DK, I hope it is 3D and it is as difficult as the 2D DK games.
DKC Tropical Freeze has an amazing soundtrack and the game isn't even out yet. There are alot of memorable soundtracks and musical scores for games recently: Journey, Ni No Kuni, Uncharted, SMG. I honestly don't think video game music has taken a nosedive. I believe they are getting better.
What I don't understand is why some of you are so adamant about not purchasing the Wii U at all? Some of the reasonings are understandable, but some are just down right childish. There are excellent games out right now for it and even more to come. Hardcore: Bayonetta 2, DKC Tropical Freeze ( a difficult game in disguise maybe the hardest game series to ever come out from Nintendo), X, SMTxFE, Zombi U, SSBWii U and The Wonderful 101. David Wise is such a great composer. DKCTF better at least get nominated for best musical score this year. It would be cool if Wise tackled the Metroid series if he becomes apart of the Retro Studios family, at least for a few tracks.

Capcom doesn't seem to know what to do with any of their franchises. I mean their fighting games are great and Ace Attourney is pretty good but, other than that, they seem to have fallen this ps3, wii, 360 generation.
I hope they can make a comeback. Deep Down looks promising and they finally put Mega Man in Smash Bros. so I hope they do right this gen.

If DKCR is fan made game then its the best fan made game ever made!! Why be so critical? Retro literally made ''The Uncharted of Platformers''. And I say that because it is very cinematic in gameplay. I haven't seen that in a platformer, at least well done. I don't know what Retro did to make you dislike them, but I hope you give this game a chance.
